Kilmarnock boss Jim Jefferies has
been named Bank of Scotland manager of the month for December 2002.
Jefferies guided Killie through December
undefeated until the 1-0 loss to Rangers on Sunday.

That run included wins over Aberdeen A (1-0),
Dundee H (2-0), Hibs H (2-1) and Dunfermline A (2-0).
They also held Celtic to a 1-1 draw at Rugby
Park to take them within touching distance of third place.
Killie now sit four points behind third-placed
Hearts. JJ is the first Killie manager to win this award since former
manager Bobby Williamson
won the award in Sept of 2000.
