Killie full-back Greg Shield talks about life after playing down in England.......

"I went to Walsall for a while just to get a game of football but my wife, who was pregnant at the time, stayed up here. It wasn't easy but I'm delighted the way things have worked out because I was desperate to come home.

"There's no point in being bitter about things. I played 30-odd games against top-class opposition in England and now I am lucky enough to play for a team with a lot of ambition."
