Jim Supports Bobby!!

Jim Jefferies speaks out on the bad rap former Killie boss Bobby Williamson is getting after Hibs poor start to the new season...

"The criticism he's had has been unfair and like everybody else with the loss of TV money they have had to cut their cloth so his job has been made more difficult.

"He will steady things at Hibernian, but that will take time. He got the job there because he had a good track record here as a manager so they have got to give him a chance to get it right."

"Bobby did a terrific job at Kilmarnock and I felt he left at a time when there was change going on here as well. He brought through a lot of youngsters and he was pushing to put them in to give them the experience which has helped me now.

"But I know from experience that they hit a wee bit of a brick wall and it becomes a bit tough for them and they have got to be taken out of it and that's why I got some experienced players in to help them.

"But I am grateful to him for the young players because they will eventually play a big part here and they will make us stronger."
