Craig Dargo talks about Motherwell's keeper
Dubourdeau challenge on him, that resulted in Killie getting the
game winning penalty with only nine minutes remaining...
Craig Dargo said:
"I just felt someone smash me right in the face and, to tell the truth,
that's all I know about it./Dargo%20Elbowed%20SNS.jpg)
"I don't know how it looked to everyone else
but when it happened I just found myself sitting on the ground. I never
knew if it was intentional or not but I think it might have been due to
the earlier incident when I caught him in a challenge.
"There was no malice in my tackle because I had
to go for the ball. It was a 50-50 challenge and I didn't want to pull
out. So I think he might have had that in his mind when he caught me.
"He certainly got me that's for sure and it's
going to be sore later on, I'll tell you that much."
"It was a stalemate for most of the game. We
had a lot of possession and looked the team more likely to score. But
their keeper was stupid to do that and give us a penalty./Boyd%20Pen%20Well%20SNS.jpg)
"But it's a good three points for us and that's
what we wanted."
Kilmarnock striker Kris Boyd sent substitute
goalkeeper Stevie Woods the wrong way with his spot-kick to win the
match.
