Aberdeen
1 - 4 Kilmarnock
(SPL Under 21 Match - Pittodrie,
28th October 2002, 7.00pm Kick Off)
Killie made it two wins in a row despite falling a goal behind to a Leon Mike goal midway through the opening
period (22 mins). Shaun Dillon continued his amazing scoring run when he brought the visitors level after 27 minutes
knocking home a loose ball from inside the area.
With only five minutes until the interval, Gary McSwegan smashed home a spectacular
free kick from 30 yards to put Killie in front, hopefully this will help
restore his confidence!
Killie regained their first half form almost immediately after half time and Shaun Dillon grabbed his second goal, his fourth in three games, from the penalty spot.
Paul Di Giacomo scored his first goal since his comeback from injury 12 minutes later when he lifted the ball over Preece to give
Killie a thoroughly deserved 4-1 victory.
