Player Profile: Stevie Hill

Notes: Started playing with the team in the second season, I say second season in the loosest possible terms we had not entered the league and to be perfectly honest we we're lucky to have a full squad at times in the early days. However the team progressed well over the four years till now where we have won or been finalists in many of the IFA's tournaments, notably Scottish Cup / West Of Scotland Cup / British Cup. We haven't yet had a full tilt at the league though, maybe this year eh? Times running out for me there, at 34 and some number of pounds (if not stones) overweight injuries are now all too common, not to mention the impossible task of trying to sprint past teenagers. Still 'away trips' taking us on booze fueled (just to be sociable you understand) tours up and down the country might just convince me to keep the boots polished for another season or two, grabbing pitch time between pulled muscles and hangovers.
