Hampden Book Competition

A few of you may remember a request on the Killie Kickback forum last year for your recollections of our national stadium, well the resultant book is now with us, co-authored by none other than our very own Davie Ross. Killiefc.com teamed up with First Press Publishing to give our members the first chance to win a copy of this great book and all you had to do was answer the following question:

Who scored a wonder goal for Killie at Hampden against St Mirren in the
CIS League Cup Semi Final on February 6th 2001 in front of 9,213 fans?

The answer of course was Craig Dargo and all but one of you (who shall remain nameless) got it correct. We put all the names into a hat (plastic cup) and asked Killie General Manager Davie Mackinnon to draw out the winner - and it is AnotherExile who will be getting this great book courtesy of killiefc.com.

Thanks to First Press Publishing for the book and to Willie Wisdom for setting the wheels in motion. Thanks also to all who entered, sorry you couldn't all win but the book is available in all good (and bad) book stores now...apparently. Looking for a Proper Crimbo present for your nearest and dearest? I'm sure they'd love it!
