Gary McDonald admitted he cost his side all three points in their
hard-fought 1-1 draw against Dunfermline at Rugby Park on Sat.
McDonald admitted his misses had been crucial but took consolation from
the fact that Killie, with only two wins at Rugby Park this season, were
beginning to improve on their dreadful home form.
"For the second chance, I saw their keeper coming out and I just caught
it too well and the ball's went over the bar. That costs us the win.
"With the first one, one of their players was coming in at my back but
I just couldn't get above the header.
"But there has been a vast improvement in our form at home and if we
keep playing well then I'm sure we'll get the victories.
On Killie's Home Form..."Last
season we did well at Rugby Park but this season we've let ourselves down
at home whilst we've been doing well on our travels.
"The fans have been quite right to get on our backs in the past games
but they were behind us against Dunfermline because they have seen an
improvement."

On Canero's Move... "I'm
delighted for Peter. I've know him for a long time at Rugby Park and he
deserves a move. He established himself at this club and I wish him good
luck.
"I've been getting my chance this season and like most players, I need
a good run of games. The manager has kept faith in me and long may it
continue."
