Kilmarnock's Premier Event of The Year

The Killie Ball Names Display

Preparations for the big event is going great guns and we can promise that the first ever Killie Ball will be a night never to be forgotten. We cannot emphasise how much help we have had from everyone, with so many people giving of their time and effort free gratis. Local businesses as well have really done us proud with no shortage of sponsorship and donations and we can now reveal that the casino prizes alone are worth in the region of £10,000 with the first prize being a brand new car!

First and foremost we would like to thank the following companies for taking out sponsorship packages or making a major contribution the the success of the Killie Ball 2005 (in no particular order) -

Barr Limited (Main Sponsor)
Ayr Racecourse (Casino Room Sponsor)
Clark Group (Tropics Cocktail Bar Sponsor)
Hacking & Paterson (Young POTY Sponsor)
Smith Design (Young POTY Runner Up Sponsor)
Gillespies (Young POTY Runner Up Sponsor)
Specialized Security / The Bank of Scotland
Duncan McLean & Co. / Jim Thomson
JRD Partnership / R&I Contract Framing
The Fenwick Hotel / Kilmarnock Standard
Balloons & Blooms / Paper Roses
Zysis AVNM Ltd / A Cut Above
Weekend Night Shift at Johnnie Walkers!!

Unfortunately there are no tables left, with all 350 tickets gone almost immediately, but we are still doing all we can to raise even more money for this year's three nominated beneficiaries before and on the big night. This is where YOU can help. We are seeking out even more local businesses or indeed individuals who are willing to pay £100 to appear on our huge Killie Ball Names Display which will be prominently featured on the stage on the night. For their £100 they (or you) get...

t Your company sign/logo on a massive Killie Ball board, featuring you and 99 other key contributors to the event.

t TV screen coverage throughout the evening.

t Press and Radio coverage.

t Company name in brochure.

t Free DVD of recorded highlights of the evening's events.

All you have to do to take advantage of this excellent advertising opportunity (okay, the patter is a bit crap!) and to do your bit for the Killie Ball is to call or text Sandy on 0774 771 8754 (or baz on 07832 229 5860). We can take your details verbally or send you out a form, you can e-mail your name and a contact number to KillieBall@hotmail.co.uk or even just post us your details and a cheque made payable to 'Killie Ball Limited' to:

The Killie Ball 2005
c/o Duncan McLean & Co. Solicitors
81 John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock KA1 1BG

Dig up all your friends and family who have a business or might be interested and let's see if we can make that magic 100 names.
