Nish Ends Season On A High Note!

Colin Nish netted during yesterday's
3-1 win over Hibs to take his tally to nine for the season as Killie
secured fifth spot. This was Colin's 3rd goal in five games.....
Colin
said... "The end of
the season has probably come at a bad time for me, to be honest.
"I was hoping to get another goal because that would have taken my tally
to 10 for the season but I'll settle for that because it's not been the
best of seasons for me in front of goal. But in every other area I think I
have done all right.
"I am quite confident that I'll score goals next season.
"I have just gone through a wee bad run this year in front of goal but it
will come back."
Nish
who is a fan of the SFWA Young Player of the Year, Steven Naismith....
"Most of Stevie's goals have come from the penalty spot so it's a bit of a
false stat!"
"Seriously, though, he has had a great season and he's only a young lad. I
think most of us would expect him to go onto bigger and better things if
he keeps progressing.
"His goal changed the game yesterday when he got us back in it and he
really has been brilliant for us."
