Colin
Hargreaves and Dougie McCrone of the Killie Trust have been liaising
with Killie's groundsman Mark Gallacher with a view to helping the club
out pre-season with some of the work needing done around the stadium.
Not only does this help bring the club and the fans a wee bit closer but
of course it also means that the club don't have to stretch an already
tight budget on a few minor jobs that the fans can help out with (any
joinery skills would be a bonus!).

The
date(s) in question are Saturday 7th July from 9am to 2pm and possibly
the same hours the following week. For the most part it will involve
painting the toilets and the stairs in the stands to bring them up to
the required standard for an SPL stadium and around six people are
needed to volunteer some time and effort to do their bit for the club.
If you are willing to spare a few hours on the days in question then
please u2u Colmarnock or Stripey or drop and email to
opsmanager@killietrust.org.
No mucking about here folks, this is a genuine opportunity to do
something that will make a difference.
