Feb 14th 2012..."Pascali is the captain and a very important player. So we are all disappointed that he has broken his leg but, unfortunately, this can happen in football. Now we just need to focus on our games coming up and we have to try to win the cup for Pascali. I know the cup was very important for him, so all the team will give their best in the final and win it for Pascali. We also want to finish in the top six for him. That would be the perfect season and a big present for Pascali. I was out of the team for a few games but now I am back in it and I have to produce my best for the team. I am trying to improve every day. I don't like to get back into the team because of Pascali's injury but I need to make the most of my opportunity and give my best.
On Killie facing Rangers this weekend ..."If we worry about what is happening at Rangers then we will be out of the game, so we have to stay focused on our jobs. Rangers will be fired up, so we have to do our job on the pitch."

Aug 31st 2011...Kilmarnock have re-signed centre-back Mohamadou Sissoko on loan from Udinese. Sissoko has signed another loan deal after making 31 appearances for the Clydesdale Bank Premier League club last season.

Killie manager Kenny Shiels has been seeking a centre-half since Ryan O'Leary was ruled out for the majority of the season with a damaged cruciate ligament. The 23-year-old was one of Shiels' main targets this summer and comes in days after the Rugby Park manager released full-back Tim Clancy to Motherwell

Mixu.... Aug 19th on Mohamadou Sissoko... "His international clearance is through so he is free to play this weekend, Hopefully we will see some solid defending from him. Sissoko is a defender who adds height to our team and solid defending. He's a real talent. Udinese respect him and they see him as a future starting player in their first team. But we managed to get him on a one-year loan so hopefully he will get a good start to his career with us on Sunday."
