Here is all the information you
need to use the "@killiefc.com" e-mail account that you purchased from
us. As far I can see there are three ways that you can approach this and
they are all very similar to the way that hotmail operates. Your e-mail
address is
username@killiefc.com
(please replace every instance of username with **** in these
instructions) and your
password at the moment is "password" without the quotes...original eh!
1) POP-MAIL -
This should cover any settings you need to set up the various pop-mail
programs -
POP3 SERVER NAME : pop3.domain-mail.com
POP3 SERVER PORT : 110
SMTP SERVER NAME : smtp.domain-mail.com
SMTP SERVER PORT : 25
Microsoft Outlook: (see above example)
Username:
username@killiefc.com
Password: password
Netscape Messenger:
Username:
username@killiefc.com@killiefc.com
Password: password
Eudora 5.0:
Username:
username@killiefc.com@killiefc.com
Password: password
FIREWALLS:
If you are behind a firewall, please also open up the following ports:
PORT 81 UDP and TCP
PORT 106 UDP and TCP
2) WEB MAIL -
Like hotmail you can also access your killiefc.com mail account online
via your web browser. This will allow you to change such things as your
preferences and your password. This may be used in conjunction with your
pop-mail account and will have no detrimental affect on it. i.e. you can
access your killiefc.com e-mail account from any computer anywhere in
the world by just entering your name and password. We would recommend
that you do change your password as soon as possible. You can access
your web mail here -

Please remember to enter your full e-mail address and your current
password or you will not be granted access
3) RE-DIRECT -
You may be quite happy using your current e-mail set-up whether it be a
hotmail account or whatever but would still like to use your new
@killiefc.com address. If this is the case and you can't be bothered
doing any of the above then feel free to contact me and I will set up
for your new e-mail address to 'bounce' to your existing account.
Remember that you can
also set your outgoing mail to reply to you @killiefc.com account as
well...this way it appears that you are using one of the first two
options anyway.
MAILBOX SIZE LIMITS: Please note there is a limit of 25 megabyte size
limit per mailbox. I'm sure you'll find this is ample considering the
likes of hotmail allow you much less. Please be sure to keep the amount
of saved messages for each mailbox below this level, or you may have
mail returned
due to lack of storage space. Should you need more space, please contact
us.

SPAMMING: Any spamming attempts through our
killiefc.com mail server will result in immediate e-mail privileges
being revoked.

LIABILITY: killiefc.com will NOT assume any
liability for the loss or failure of our mail server. Any
resulting loss of current or saved e-mails being shall be at the users
