  1. He made his debut in the 2011/12 season.
  2. I can name at least 30 of us who were still inside Ibrox.
  3. Steve Clarke lived next door to Smith.
  4. Brian's downfall was his friendship with Chick Charnley. Both known to disappear for days on the drink. Met him in the Celtic supporters club in Springfield when the Travel Club was playing in a pool/darts/dominoes competition. At the end of the night he pulled me up from my chair when the Celtic fans were giving the Soldiers Song laldy.
  5. The same Ian Cathro is now 1st team coach at Wolverhampton.
  6. Eddie Morrison used to drive him to training and bring him to Travel Club meetings on the last Thursday of every month. Even then he was an arrogant prick. Sat next to him at the Ardrossan player of the year night and he moaned that his young player of the year trophy was plastic. Should have known what he was like considering he was drinking Malibu and milk in the 70's.
  7. All of the Hibs fans I spoke to today said he was one of our better players.
  8. He used to run goalkeeping summer camps at Butlins.
  9. London Road. Free parking and a 10 minutes walk.
  10. According to the Sun we are.
  11. Chances are you'll make the game. 1st born have a habit of being overdue.
  12. The reaction he'll receive from Rangers fan should be enough to convince him not to play for them when he eventually comes back on a permanent basis.
  13. When he left us to join the Huns he subsidised the move by paying some of his wages to Killie. If Norwich are looking for £10,000 then surely if he's desperate to come up the road he can do the same again.
  14. I'm not saying he's a poor keeper but he's definitely weak when it comes to cross balls from the byline. Andy Goram was also poor at cross balls so he stayed on his line and left them to his defenders.
  15. It was plain to see yesterday that Lennon has sussed McDonald is poor at crosses. Corners and crosses were all pinged into the 6 yard box.
  16. Restalrig is on the wrong side of the stadium for me tomorrow. I've arranged to meet other exiles in Middletons, plus young brother is driving through and parking on London Road.
  17. I'm 4 miles away from Easter Road and all the snow here has melted.
  18. I don't believe Burnett and Muiry have ever set foot in a tea house.
  19. Middletons Bar on Easter Road is where I'll be. Hoping to catch up with Travel Club pals as usual.
  20. I was impressed with the substitutions. Sending out the message that it's about the team and not personal targets.
  21. At the same time we also had Kenny Armstrong at centre half who got played at full back. He was sold to Southampton for £80,000. Nicknamed Big Sky because every time he touched the ball that's where it ended up.
  22. I am pretty sure Dodds was signed by us on schoolboy/youth forms but was released from his contract to join Chelsea.
  23. Travel Club started off in the Supporters Club then The Wellington; The Jolly Farmer; The Wheatseaf and finally The Pyramid. 1st season was 1974/75.
