  1. Surprised Admins are closing all threads related to transfers, is the whole purpose of forums to allow us fans to talk and speculate? Nothing untoward said that justifies locking threads. Poor show Admins. Do you think the big club forums shut down just because fans speculate?
  2. There wasn't one this season, mainly due to us being in Europe and the work going on around the stadium.
  3. I think the fact it was posted on the 13th and references "Today" gives that away.
  4. A few posts up someone said there is a presser at 3 pm today.
  5. I didn't say I was in the know......I simply said there is no press conference today as it is mentioned on Twitter/Facebook if they are having a presser. So off the high horse mate - I know nothing.
  6. There is no press conference today - people are on the wind up.
  7. 4 Killie players called up by Steve Clarke. Steve Clarke has named five uncapped players in his first Scotland squad for June's Euro 2020 qualifiers with Cyprus and Belgium. Livingston goalkeeper Liam Kelly, Aberdeen's Michael Devlin and Kilmarnock trio Stuart Findlay, Greg Taylor and forward Eamonn Brophy are all included. Clarke worked with Brophy, Findlay and Taylor at Rugby Park. Keeper David Marshall and midfielder Tom Cairney are recalled to the squad. Neither were involved for Alex McLeish's last two matches in charge, against Kazakhstan and San Marino, but John Fleck and Oli McBurnie, who were, do not feature this time. Kelly, who was on the bench for those games, retains his place. McLeish left after the Scots lost 3-0 away to Kazakhstan and won 2-0 in San Marino, with Clarke leaving Killie to take over last week. Scotland, like Cyprus, Russia and the Kazakhs, have one win from two matches in Group I. Cyprus visit Hampden on 8 June before Clarke's side travel to take on the Belgians three days later. Scotland squad Goalkeepers: Scott Bain (Celtic), Liam Kelly (Livingston), David Marshall (Hull City), Jon McLaughlin (Sunderland) Defenders: Michael Devlin (Aberdeen), Stuart Findlay (Kilmarnock), Scott McKenna (Aberdeen), Charlie Mulgrew (Blackburn Rovers), Stephen O'Donnell (Kilmarnock), Liam Palmer (Sheffield Wednesday), Andrew Robertson (Liverpool), John Souttar (Heart of Midlothian), Greg Taylor (Kilmarnock) Midfielders: Stuart Armstrong (Southampton), Tom Cairney (Fulham), John McGinn (Aston Villa), Callum McGregor (Celtic), Kenny McLean (Norwich City), Scott McTominay (Manchester United), Graeme Shinnie (Aberdeen) Eamonn Brophy (Kilmarnock), Oliver Burke (Celtic, on loan from West Brom), James Forrest (Celtic), Ryan Fraser (Bournemouth), Marc McNulty (Hibernian, on loan from Reading), Lewis Morgan (Sunderland, on loan from Celtic), Johnny Russell (Sporting Kansas City).
  8. Not yet - He still needs that experience I do think he is a future Killie legend but we need someone that can take us in to Europe against big teams. I just don't think AD is ready for that yet, Strachan would be a great appointment and I am sure due diligence has already been done with SSC involved in that process.
  9. Have we not been in this position before by saying McCulloch should get the job - Nah I am sorry but I would want someone who has European experience and has AD by his side. I wouldn't be opposed to Strachan though.
  10. Belter of a choice, the man will walk on to the park (15 minutes after FT due to his ban) and I am sure he will address the fans head on and say he is leaving, he is a man that will have wanted to say it himself. It is going to be a long weekend.
  11. Not a bad choice mate - a good song and a good poem. I do think we should sing a Scottish song to wish him well. I am gutted like everyone else but I still think he deserves our gratitude for all he has done.
  12. I am sure he will be odds on tomorrow! I just want Sunday over now, Europe guarenteed and then I can go into Hibernation and mourn haha
  13. This may be far too soon but I am both a Scotland fan and a Killie fan. Can someone please request that we play Flower of Scotland at the game on Sunday......Too soon? SSC will lead Scotland in to the Euros and someone will come in to manage Killie....A team that has European prospects.
  14. Okay - So why are we turning this in to a conversation about Kris? Like I said buddy it is about giving the team the reception they deserve and that includes both Boydy and SSC. Both have been integral parts of our success, I would prefer neither leave. I heard Mourinho is looking for a new project
  15. I agree to a point....... and emotions may be running high tonight.......however the shots at Boyd are cheap, he has been nothing but a servant to his local team which included giving back his signing on fee to the youth team and being one of our highest scorers contributing to one of our best seasons last year. So lets please not have digs at someone who doesn't deserve what he already knew (As we all did) Lets just get right behind the boys on Sunday and cheer them in to Europe.
  16. Totally agree - I am afraid it is not all down to a manager, the players have the skills to perform and it is them that deserve out cheers on Sunday along with us saying an emotional farewell. I for one am looking forward to AD and the team parading the pitch with SSC walking on 15 minutes later and praising the players - It is going to be a totes emosh day
  17. Obviously it is disappointing, but you know what....this man deserves the traditional Killie cheer and should receive the warmest of send offs on Sunday, he is and always will be a Killie Legend, he choose not to go the Rangers and turned down numerous other jobs over the last 2 years. - I am more disappointed it has been leaked prior to letting him/BB make a statement. MORE IMPORTANTLY and the thing we all seem to forget.......the 11 players on the pitch week in week out that have got us to where we are deserve the same praise on Sunday. Bring on Sunday and the prospect of Europe next Season! We are Killie Till We Die <3 xxxxx
  18. Just moved to 1/12 May be on the back of McInnes ruling himself out.
  19. Hearing from where exactly?
  20. The immediate thing that crossed my mind is that they are looking to appoint someone in the Scotland role first and if SSC is in the frame then they wouldn't want to upset him prior to a potential contact.
  21. Just checked the SFA website for an update on the hearing that was scheduled today for Steve Clarke. I see that it has now been rescheduled for the 16th May. Does anyone know why the date would be changed?
