  1. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but I'm genuinely confused as to this thread. Obviously opinions are subjective but in mine we are making genuine improvements. We were always going to take time to get up to speed and adapt to the new management/coaching style but it does seem to be, for now at least, falling in to place. Barring the CQN game it hasn't been all that bad, and both the manager and team deserve the oppurtunity to continue their progress and see where we can go as a club. Just my thoughts but felt like sharing. It's still our club and we should be backing the every player, coach and the manager to make this season a success, until success is an impossibility
  2. Is it not time to put this to bed now? Yes, the club and the fans are in a horrid situation losing JJ, and it's true he's hardly covered himself in glory with his social media postings, but... Jordan Jones is not killie. He's just another player, no more significant than the other squad members. No player is bigger than the club, and the club should always be the focus. SSC will see us right and deal with the Jones situation as he sees fit, and since he hasn't put a foot wrong yet i reckon we should let him deal with it and do what we do best... back the team.
  3. Agreed. The way the man steps up as he did against both THE rangers and Celtic at home shows his quality. The space and time he manages to find on the ball is second to none in the league. If he stays beyond the summer he must play
  4. Seems like we're seeing yet another case of a young man with bags of potential who didn't have the support network behind him to keep him on the right track. Appears another talent has been passed by. Article (regardless of source) reads like he is a good lad and I hope he does well in whatever road in life he takes. Wish the lad all the best in the future and thank him for the effort he has put in for all his time in football.
  5. Yes, the Aberdeen result wasn't ideal, and the Hibs result went against us, but who realistically thought that in October we had a chance of 5th, never mind avoiding that play off place/relegation?? Spoke to a few who were disappointed today but we've had a great 6 months (plus 2 games against the ugly sisters to come!!). Fifth, given the start we had, is a hell of a result and a super start to what could be an SC dynasty!!!
