I think we’ll need to agree to disagree then. We’re not a possession based team, our midfield don’t control the game. We get the ball forward early, win first and second balls, and get it into the wide areas. It’s effective. Our game against St. Mirren is a good example of this.

I really like Polworth, I think he’s our best midfielder, but we never see a him or any other CM consistently take the ball from a defender and play forward. Again, it might be down to our style of play, one which McInnes was lambasted for on here in his Aberdeen days. We play long to a striker and play off of second balls. @C4mmy31i was definitely at Rugby Park.

Admittedly only read the first few comments on this, but Mayo and Armstrong are a million miles off International football. For what it worth, I think Kennedy is every bit as good as Armstrong.

What is comfortably over 5k… 6k, 7k? if so, why?

Reality is that almost everyone who would go to watch us on a Saturday, do. Don’t know what we’d term a “huge turnout”, but realistically I can’t remember too many games in the last 10 years when we’ve had more than 5k home fans.

I think Belgian players benefits greatly from the German and French leagues, as we are now seeing when our young players move to England.

I don’t buy that argument about celebrating goals in the moment. When the ball hits the net the feelings the same. And I actually enjoy the celebrations when your team get a reprieve. if the decision is the correct one, then you really can’t complain. That’s another discussion tho.

I think his future beyond January may depend on what happens with Armstrong. If so, it’s been a good bit of forward planning by McInnes to get a like for like replacement in and match fit. Possibly looking into that a wee bit too much but.

I like GMS, and I’d like him to sign for the rest of the season, but where does he fit in with Armstrong and Kennedy?
