Both would clash with Rangers, St Johnstone, Ross County, Dundee, ICT and others that we could face in Cup-ties.

Lroy
My preference would be the dark Oxford blue shirt with the original ball and hand badge.
Blackislekillie
It is a thing of classical beauty I must say. I changed my choice to that. Chose the stripes initially for sentimental reasons.

casual observer
As said we wear stripes every season so there is no point in replicating that, it would just look like a variant of every other home kit of the last 20+ years. The reason for a special kit is surely to celebrate the 150th year, and therefore recreating our original strip from 1869 is the best way of doing that. It's also a collectors item for those who choose to purchase it. If Oxford Blue jerseys with white shorts was our first strip, then that's what we should wear next season. I'd have the reverse as our change strip, similar to our kit in first season back in Premier.

Jedi2
Definitely option 1 for me from a historical point of view. Has to be something completely 'different' from the norm to make it worthwhile, therefore No.1 it is.
DeStijl
Queens Park have done it for their 150th this season. They've made their usual black and white hoops their away kit and have their original dark blue with grey shorts as their home kit.

Don't mind as long as Nike don't make it. What's the problem with Nike? They won't make a bespoke top for Kilmarnock but it would be great if they could, the quality of this years tops, jackets etc has been excellent.
CB
Oxford Blue 2018/19. The hoops for 2019/20 for the 100th anniversary of our first Scottish cup win?
skygod
Can you imagine Killie alan if we brought out a green Nike kit?! Edited March 12, 2017 by skygod

Blackislekillie
We have to splash out on bespoke kits if no big name manufacturers are willing to take it on. We'll never be 150 again after all.
CB
Nike even do Oxford Uni's football kits...

stumack
Option 1. complete with long shorts and all players must be ordered to grow a moustache for the team photo.
Max1869
I do like the idea of an Oxford blue kit. I think I would go for something completely different for a change strip, possibly option 2 but in a lighter shade of blue like the Cambridge university colours.

Some picture editor at a downmarket tabloid is probably already planning it. Together with some of our more hipstery inclined support. There'll be a run on moustache wax before the start of that season...

Pompey Repatriated
Definitely the Oxford blue, as said with long shorts. Like the tash idea. The sponsor could be same colour in relief. 1965 replica for second. Maybe red and white version of seventies kit for third or just good old red and white stripes. On a side note I'd like to see more Oxford blue on our kits as an accent or even second kit
Pompey Repatriated
You could even subliminate a belt on shorts
