So who are these players that everyone is talking about that have apparently already signed?

We don't know. It was confirmed by McCulloch on Sat that five have signed. 4 should be finalised before tomorrow, looking unlikely now.

.Are any of them loan deals or are they all permanent?

Lee said on Saturday he doesn't want to go down the loan route if he can help it.

He went on to say basically over the past few years the change in personnel does nothing to stabilise the club and certainly doesn't help us build for the future.

He feels the budget can be better spent on quality year on year if he only needs to bring in a couple of players each summer transfer window, ie like St Johnstone & Aberdeen do.

BOLTON’S bright young striker Alex Samizadeh is joining
Scottish side Kilmarnock on loan for the season.

Samizadeh has been prolific for the Wanderers reserve and
youth teams but boss Phil Parkinson thinks he needs first team games.

Killie chief Lee McCulloch will out Samizadeh into his squad
for the start of the season as he puts a new look team together.

Samizadeh, 18, was born in Iran but raised in England. He is
also tipped for international honours

IF true , can only hope it's a loan player who adds value to the squad

some may say it's the kind of signing that LC made last summer ...young and inexperienced ......and slightly goes against comments McCulloch made about wanting to bring in players with a level of experience and preferably of football in Scotland.

When you read this @Scouser2, I'm not so sure it would be just on a loan, according to a Bolton fan on their forum, he has yet to decide if he is going to take up the scholarship offer......

According to The Express, Bolton Wanderers striker Alex Samizadeh is a possible target for SPL side St Johnstone.

Samizadeh, only 18, found first team chances hard to come by last season. The Iranian youngster made his debut back in the 2015/2016 season, coming on as a substitute during Wanderers' 3-1 defeat against Brentford last April.

The youngster has only played once since, playing eight minutes after coming on as a substitute against Blackpool in the EFL trophy. Samizadeh also spent time on loan with Chorley last season.

The former Manchester City youth player has been offered another year scholarship deal, having featured prominently for David Lee's U23 side. It's unknown whether St Johnstone will be able to convince Samizadeh to join.

Would it be a mistake to let Samizadeh leave? Who knows. Plenty of Wanderers fans have wanted the youngster to appear more for the first team.

Would you allow Samizadeh to leave?
