Some folk can't afford to splash out on a season ticket and might not have a credit rating to pay one up
Try a 3 match home ticket for £50, which is effectively pay two, get third half price
Season ticket holders wont moan at that (maybe) as, if a walk up does that all season, they will still be paying slightly more than the cost of a season ticket
Season ticket holders bring a friend for free to two matches a season (pick the expected poorest attended matches)
All other walk ups to these two matches a tenner
Kids for a quid every game.
Have a couple of special "kids" games like in America
e.g. First so many kids (or all kids) under 12 get a free Killie tee shirt or a cheap ball with Killie logo
Meal deals at the shop e.g pie, drink and crisps/choc bar for a cheaper price than when bought individually
More club/player involvement with schools, boys clubs and other local organisations
Reduced concession tickets and season tickets for over 60s instead of 65s like a lot of other clubs do
If we lose the older fan and don't attract new young blood to support us, we will be in even bigger trouble

Only Motherwell in the Premiership currently allow over 60s concessions.

I can't see us breaking ranks.

To be given on leaving the ground!

Good ideas though.
