kfc_superteam
Thistle losing to Dundee, Hamilton drawing at County. Dundee getting a bit of a gap. Still plenty of time in the season to close back in. Looking at the next few games they all seem to be playing each other. Be good to get a few draws in there so that we aren't too far away Midweek Hamilton Academical v Partick Thistle St Johnstone v Ross County Dundee v Motherwell Next Weekend Aberdeen Ross County Celtic v Kilmarnock Dundee Hamilton v Academical Partick Thistle v St Johnstone Edited October 21, 2017 by kfc_superteam

Would be happy with that after old firm games are by. Been even better if plastic snd dungdee had drawn. Winner in injury time i think Edited October 21, 2017 by langlands_killie
Wrangodog
The worry for me is that we have thirteen games before the transfer window opens, although that also allows Steve Clarke to see the strengths/weaknesses of the current squad. If Dicker and Kiltie can regain their fitness it would make a big difference.
Jedi2
As suggested we ideally want draws when the sides around us play each other, and obviously defeats when it is the likes of Aberdeen v County and Thistle v St.Johnstone. Important that we pick up points against both Hearts and Hibs.
theboyjohnston
Let's hope today's League Cup Semi is an energy sapping 120 minute slug fest, with 3 players sent off for violent bahaviour!

Yup. Ideally Rangers winning in extra time. If they lose they will be up for our game to make amends!

A win would increase their confidence... we want 120 minutes and them to lose IMO Edited October 22, 2017 by Bullitt

Bullitt
Not worst thing that can happen. Might find the The Rangers players lose the head and leads to sending offs. If anyone was to win in 90 I’d want it to be Well.

Bullitt
Perhaps mate. Hoping some retrospective action against Alves too. I don’t think Ped will be sacked quite yet... but he’s a total haddie

Was wondering that too but does retro rule apply to this competition? Probably wouldn't be dealt with in time for our game anyway.
gdevoy
Must be the worst display of refereeing incompetence I have seen so far this season. And I watched Hamilton vs Rangers earlier this month. TWICE somebody went down with blood pouring from a head knock and he failed to stop the game. The Well defender "halved" the Rangers player "of colour" as he ran in on goal and Maclean diod not even give a free kick let alone book the guy. Right in front of him, the Rangers defender kicked Moult on the ground, a straight red no room for discussion, and never got booked. And the above is just a very edited selection of the 90 minutes of mismanagement. Not much football on display but well done to Well, the better team on the day -

carpetfitter
That was hilarious. Let's hope that clusterfeck of a club continue their clusterfeckness on Weds.
Trumpetree
I wonder if Motherwell's font size will increase for the final?

The Well -player played the ball back to his keeper before Morelos collided with him. Correct decision. The reffing though was very poor, not helped by the players flinging elbows and rolling around theatrically. Ally "At this moment in time" McCoist is a pathetic figure these days.
