Jedi2
With December being crucial, how many points should we realistically be looking to pick up now from these 7 games? Possibly- St.Johnstone (a)-1 (to beat them 3 times in a row away is a lot) Partick (h) (has to be)-3 County (a) (hopefully)-3 Well-(h)1 would be good at the moment, could be 0. Rangers (h)-why not 3 Accies-(a)could be 1 could be 3 Hibs-(a) probably 0 A lot of work to do after today, but have to pick up a few, would settle for 13 out of 21. Rml
9 points should be the minimum taken from December.
gdevoy
A lot of home games. We need to do something about the goal leek.
Scouser2
At the moment can see us continuing to get better results in away games than home .... hopefully the return of Dicker and new signing Mulumbu can add better quality to our team that can bring us few more wins in December ... then addition of a better striker in January and return of Kiltie will help in the second half of the season
Panman
Could b a long hard month ahead
alistair_0
9 would be excellent given that we need to work with the existing players. Would settle for that until a few players come in January to give us presence up front and rigidity in defence
Jedi2
Certainly looking at the 3 home games, and given of course that we haven't won a home League match now for 7 months, would really hope for at least 7pts from those ones. I know that sounds overly optimistic given our record, but....if we continue to fail to beat the likes of Partick. Well and even Rangers at home, we could still be off the pace a bit come January. I know that there is a sense that because we have SC we are automatically safe from 11th and 12th. I don't think we will go down, but it could still be a long slog over the next few months unless the home form turns v.soon. If we can pick up 7 from the home games, would certainly hope to win at least one of the away matches-Accies probably being the most likely.

Rml
December is all about consolidating our current position... January is hopefully Kiltie and a couple of loanees...then we kick on.

aldo
6 wins on the trot coming up, no doubt about it
Jedi2
So, would have settled for 13 out of 21 points this month...there already of course, next 2 games are winnable after recent performances...why not 19 out of 21.
skygod
Yes, it has turned out better than most would have expected, mainly due to the turnaround in home form. Two more road trips then the boys can have a well-earned rest.

historyman
Clarke and Boyd heading for manager and player of the month. Just a couple more decent results needed.
Bullitt
I'd take 4 points from the next two matches and as @historyman says, Boyd and Clarke to win the player and manager of the month. Certainly not pie in the sky stuff. Clarke will certainly get it... even if we only pick up a point from our next two matches.

casual observer
It’s still of huge importance we beat Hamilton and put up a good performance against Hibs tho if we have aspirations of avoiding a dog fight after the break. Points in the bag now means we look up and not continually down, and gives us a reputation of not turning performances on and off as we feel like it. 0-2 pts in next 2 games a bit disappointing now, 3 ok, 4pts a great return, 6 dreamland!

Who wouldn't be? Sixth in the table, four points behind Hearts with a game at Hamilton in hand. Nine points clear of 12th, but just six from 11th so still a lot of work to be done. Just eight points cover fifth to tenth places so there is going to be a lot of shuffling of positions. Two or three January signings in key areas could make the difference.
kfc_superteam
Great away point. Probably didn't deserve anything from the game but stuck in for a point. Disappointed to lose the goal the way that we did but these things happen. A few weeks to take stock, see if we can improve the squad at all. And look forward to facing a brand new County team that Roy Mac Gregor has just bought in the cup

Only concern is Levein talking up Hearts not losing a goal in past 6 games setting record.
historyman
I think Boyd is a certainty and it is well deserved. Even though I think overall we have had a better set of results than hearts I think Levein will get the manager award because they cuffed Celtic and have gone 6 in a row without conceding.
