Yes I did some research after I suggested him, couldn't believe he was only 30 when we signed him!

Ray Stephen.

If I remember correctly he made his debut (and only game I think) against the Jags at Firhill. When he came onto the pitch I thought he was the mascot or wearing a winter jacket that was too big for him. I don’t think we seen him again.

Sweet baby jesus! Don't do that!

Yep. Not even one and done. A bit of one & done.

Would have made Willie Watters look like he had anorexia.

He was about 2 stone overweight that day.

Yes indeed remember it well.

There was more than a touch of the tom-bola with many of Jim Fleeting's signings. Both Bobby W. and Jim Jeffries  found the discarded wheel of fotune in a cupboard in the bowels of ToP and started using it in their later years.

MLud I call Alan Morgan as witness for the prosecution.

Milton Thompson from back in the John Bourke / Laurie McKenna era. Bejeezus he was bad. Think his first name was actually Hamilton

My brother works with him now, was actually asking me if I'd heard of him the other day. I'm sure he said he actually had a great scoring record in the few games he played.

Some cracking names can't really add any else from memory that haven't been mentioned.

Can't believe Mcinally was only 30 when we signed him?!? His weight in stone maybe?

Always thought I wouldn't see worse than Mike Jeffrey until Mark Stewart signed. Looked like he'd just came off a building sight. Utterly hopeless.

So many duds here who only played a few games, thread should be extended to players who played a minimum number of games- Ricky Sharp gets my vote. Paul Wright couldn't hit a barn door in his first few games and I was hurling abuse at him during one early season match at Brockville- he scored in the second half and the rest is of course history.

That's the problem with 'duds' They don't, or shouldn't play that many games.
