Both clubs have to agree to the prices, so you cant only blame our club or only county.

County unlikely to bring a big support and we could potentially attract a few extra depending on signings, could be county hoping for a decent gate purse.

County unlikely to bring ANY support

With these prices, clearly some lessons still to be learned at running our club?

Yes, they really must learn to reduce income while still trying to sign players such as Naismith and Anya. I mean it can't be that hard to defy the laws of economics.

So St Johnstone game gets bumped if a replay is required? Great for those who need to switch around work commitments!

Joined up thinking in Scottish football is asking too much at the best of times ......and think of those fans who want to go to any replay too and having to arrange at such short notice

With the winter break and earlier end to the season there is not too many free midweek slots between the 2 rounds for replays ...as SPFL have scheduled league games on 2 successive mid weeks after the break  , even though they probably would been aware of the cup dates beforehand

would hoped for more attractive pricing structure for this cup , given no ST reduction and that there then follows a run of league games in quick succession  - but as said 2 clubs need to agree

We should've played this midweek, then taken the winter break. Could've freed up one of the January midweek slots for replays.

My friend is a Motherwell season ticket holder and I remember him talking about the prices they paid in the league cup so I found this on the Motherwell's Website

The Steelmen take on the Dons in the Quarter Final of the Betfred Cup on Thursday 21st September (7.45pm KO) before the two sides square up again on league business just three days later, Sunday 24th September (12.45pm KO).

And following discussions between both clubs this afternoon, admission prices (available on the turnstile on the night of the match) for the Cup game have been set at:

Adults: £10
Concessions: £5

They also agreed a reciprocal deal for Season Ticket holders for the SPFL Premiership games on 24th September at Fir Park and the reverse fixture at Pittodrie on 18th November.
