Lots of options, not bothered if it's in the town or not. As long as SC has plenty of input in design, layout. We now have a board who appear to be listening to those with experience. Brilliant opportunity to do things as done down in the premiership. Is the old slaughter house area not prone to really bad flooding, hence why it’s never really been liked at for housing?

It used to be on the Rightmove site but I can't see it now. Would the slaughterhouse site not require a lot of decontamination ? Wrangodog
There was a car off the road on the back road past the slaughterhouse on Tuesday after the game. Don't know if it skidded on the ice or if it was a couple having a quickie. Thought about stopping but I didn't have a tow rope and the cars were backed up behind me.

Aye but the folks in them aren’t professional footballers. I know someone who owned a wee house down the back road from there and they ended up underwater all time
Loudoun Killie
Why not the old Safeway site, a nice wee walk from the Shrine of Football....

I was “reliably informed” that an M&S Simply Food and Costa Drive Thru where going in there. Some work appeared to start, and then stopped again soon after. Same source says it’s still a goer though.

The plans, drawings etc are still on the EAC eplanning site as something that's happening.

Would be nowhere near big enough, you need enough land to fit in at least 2 probs 3 full size pitches with sufficient space between each pitch, you need an indoor facility for gym work and physio etc and also office space for management to work. You also need to have car parking for all members of staff.
