After all, you can't have a £8m+ player on 7k a week eh?

The Huns have walked into this one!

Funnily enough, the huns seem to actually be in agreement with him, that if he is valued at £8m he should be getting paid that to reflect him, in the same way they said about JJ, what a very strange way of thinking all round.

So Morelos is on £7k a week and Sevco value him at, say £10M.

Does that mean we should be paying JJ £700 per week? Would JJ really be content with a potential drop in wages? 9_9

How much do you think JJ is on?

Given he was signed directly from an english academy I can't see him being on 1k

He’ll be £1k a week or more I’d think. If not his agent isn’t doing much for his client not asking for an improved contract to reflect his potential transfer value to the club and his emergence as an internationalist and 1st team stalwart! It would also be in the clubs interest to reward him with an improved and longer deal so increasing his value.

Or he could leave next season on a pre contract for nothing and get a lot more in wages as he'll be a free.
