robkil
Does anyone know when next seasons fixtures will be released, and what weekend the first league game is? I'll be home from Australia for 5 weeks in August and want to know what weekends we're at home.
TroonKFC
Fixtures are announced at 10.00am BST on Friday 17 June and first league games start on Saturday 6 August. You should be able to fit at least 2 or 3 Rugby Park visits in during your trip back home.

skygod
Not much to complain about there - trips to Highlands are all on Saturdays and not between October and March; two home matches v. Rangers (although one midweek), Hearts and Aberdeen.

Prahakillie
Festive fixtures farce forces fans to travel across the country on Christmas Eve THE SPFL games are just out but they are already causing problems for clubs across the country. THE SPFL have left their festive fixtures in disaster by forcing fans to travel across the country on Christmas Eve. Caley Thistle will face Rangers at Ibrox, while on the same day, Partick Thistle will have to travel to Dingwall to face Ross County, and Aberdeen make the trek to Motherwell. It means fans will be forced to travel a total of 1008 miles, the equivalent of driving from Glasgow to Venice. The fixtures are part of a serious of blunders from the SPFL during the festive season which also sees Motherwell forced to travel to the Tulloch Caledonian Stadium for a midweek clash with Inverness on December 28. On the same night, Rangers travel to Perth to take on St Johnstone. Motherwell general manager Alan Burrows took to Twitter to hit out at the fixture list. He tweeted: "I'm not normally one to be critical - but I have to say, I'm disappointed with the SPFL fixtures this morning. "Our fans are being asked to travel to both Inverness and Ross County in a midweek, one being three days after Christmas, which makes little sense to me. "In addition, we only have two home 'Old Firm' games, whereas some of our nearest competitors have four. From a sporting and financial point of view, that puts Motherwell at a real disadvantage. "Previously, it was worked out that teams would have x2 vs Celtic and x1 vs Rangers (or vice versa) Prior to the split, which meant everyone was in the same boat on and off the field. Hugely disappointed." (Record)

WIGHT and BLUE
I'm making my second thousand mile round trip of the year in September. DUNDEE AWAY and THISTLE AT HOME are the two games I can take in. I'm happy with that..... -
LH31
Reasonable start. Although, and its not really anything to do with Killie, but why are Celtic not starting at home considering they're the Premiership champions?
skygod
Celtic asked for a free weekend on 13 August. Free weekends have to be home matches, hence they would have to be away on 6 August. That's the explanation given anyway.
