  1. It has been quite an achievement this season for Killie to cock it up quite so royally. You can’t deny it must have been difficult to lose over two legs to a part time team with an average gate of under 300, when there was a massive football incentive awaiting all of us. I saw Partizan in the flesh and SSC would have given them a game. Then the top six. We are still only 4 points away despite some utterly abysmal runs. Imagine the effort it takes to not win another two games or one and two draws. Finally, full marks to JF. He had one priority in January, and on balance, probably emerged with a weaker, smaller squad. Incredible. Increased season tickets and all that enthusiasm gone to waste.

  2. What a terrible ‘manager’, picked a team s**t scared of f**king Hamilton Accies that hasn’t worked the previous 2 time’s either. Utterly lazy appointment

  3. I don't like this "fraud" patter one bit. Hugely disrespectful to the man. Perhaps he isn't cut out to manage the club, but a fraud? Absolutely no chance!

  4. Calling Dyer a fraud is harsh. He didn't push himself forward for the job and, in his pre-match interviews, he modestly says we'll try to get a win or a draw. He sets his sights low and the players seem to be responding accordingly. Blame lies higher up than Dyer.

  5. Dyer can't have the job full time. He stated every game was a cup final and he's since managed to see us get 1 point from a winning position against Aberdeen and against ten man Accies. Love him, but let's look elsewhere.

  6. Very poor today against poor opposition. Gary Dicker absolutely atrocious and hope he gets dropped for the foreseeable. Shame to see Rory get subbed off on his 250th appearance when there’s passengers like Dicker who are untouchable. If El Makrini is fit get him in for Dicker and give Power the armband.

  7. Bye Bye Guff92 If you can't take the bad with the good then you're wasting your time following Killie. That was a sore one to take but football is like that and sorts out the men from the boys.

  8. If Alessio's sacking was down to results, I expect Dyer to be gone by Monday at the latest. Otherwise it was always down to Dicker et al not fancying the training

  9. Dropping DDF for Broadfoot says it all for me. More interested in keeping his pals happy than winning games.

  10. Absolutely brilliant and an up yours to all the Rory haters

  11. Dyer didn't want the f**king job, Bowie forced his hand. Exactly like he did with McCulloch. He learned nothing. The Clarke appointment fell on his lap. The only ambition he showed was Alessio, but he bottled it because certain superstars didn't like him 6 months in.

  12. On exiting the ground today an elderly Killie fan took a bad fall entering the car park. Once he got his bearings we managed to get him on his feet but he was still a little unsteady. A travelling buddy of the gentleman turned up and said he would get him to their car. Just wanted to check the old boy was ok, once the shock wore off. Cheers.

  13. Wife's Diary: Tonight, I thought my husband was acting weird. We had made plans to meet at a nice restaurant for dinner. I was shopping with my friends all day long, so I thought he was upset at the fact that I was a bit late, but he made no comment on it. Conversation wasn't flowing, so I suggested that we go somewhere quiet so we could talk. He agreed, but he didn't say much. I asked him what was wrong; He said, "nothing." I asked him if it was my fault that he was upset. He said he wasn't upset, that it had nothing to do with me, and not to worry about it. On the way home, I told him that I loved him. He smiled slightly, and kept driving. I can't explain his behaviour. I don't know why he didn't say, “I love you, too.” When we got home, I felt as if I had lost him completely, as if he wanted nothing to do with me anymore. He just sat there quietly, and watched TV. He continued to seem distant and absent. Finally, with silence all around us, I decided to go to bed. About 15 minutes later, he came to bed. But I still felt that he was distracted, and his thoughts were somewhere else. He fell asleep; I cried. I don't know what to do. I'm almost sure that his thoughts are with someone else. My life is a disaster. Husband's Diary: Who the f**k loses to Hamilton

  14. The bye bye bit. I'll admit he's made some serious f**k ups. Dread to think the state of the club without his investment though.

  15. We wouldn’t be in this position had he still been here and got the transfer backing he’s desperately needed.

  16. Main concerns for me are: - shoehorning in Broadfoot despite Del Fabro being much better - bottling it in several games - not turning up against bottom 6 teams

  17. Imagine we had a manager that had us comfortable in 5th place?

  18. Today was embarrassing, losing against a poor team with 10 men with the wind at our backs. Not even overly angry as could see it coming and just totally deflated with being let down this season. Dyer is not the man for the job, although some on this forum somehow seem to think differently. We need to be ambitious, push on and give the fans a glimmer of hope about the future. Not another "aye, he'll do, hopefully we wont get relegated" appointment. Full interview process, best candidate, and if that means keeping the contracted players (Brophy, Findlay, Power) and starting the rest from scratch then so what? At least we have hope for next season. I'm absolutely f**kin scunnered with this lot this season; Connahs Quay, Aberdeen Cup, Aberdeen League. Please dont give us the same next year BB, JF.

  19. Beginning to suspect the dressing is being controlled by Dicker and Broadfoot. If so time for both of them to be shown the door.

  20. Time for Gary Holt.

  21. Feck me folks. This was a thread about genuine concern for an elderly gentleman, can we not make it about anything else.

  22. A hundred times over. A major part of one of our best sides in years and my most enjoyable times as a killie fan. If he's not cutting it for you then fair enough, but words like fraud and clown to describe him make me cringe. Have a word with yourselves ffs.

  23. A strong manager when AA left would have parked Dicker on the bench for a couple of games. Right or wrong about Alessio’s time in charge he was out of order on more than one occasion. I don’t like him as a captain as I’ve said on here many times. To quiet for me. I don’t like him in a two either. He was dropped plenty by Clarke when playing a two but Dyer doesn’t have the balls to drop him. Broadfoot was trouble before he left so why bring him back. Del Fabro has done nothing to deserve his spell on the sidelines while Broadfoot hasn’t done much to walk into the team

  24. St Johnstone lost arguably their best player in jan window and never replaced him and they also have a smaller squad than us. What they do have that we don’t is a manager with tactical nouce and who doesn’t pander to the dressing room clique

  25. Best chairman ever 10 months ago and now being hunted. Even for killie fans that's a bit of a kneejerk reaction

  26. Totally agree. Every member of the board that we're interviewed said there would be increased budget, that has showed eg lot of pish. Then no intention to look for a perfectly suited manager when Angelo was sacked. Nothing against Dyer done what he can with the made up resources Bowie said weve got. But sadly AD isn't the man to take us into next season. A manager must MUST be put in place before June to ensure a complete chance of having a successful window.

  30. Dyer seems to be an expert on pissing away promising situations.

  31. Kiltie can feel very hard done by not to be in that team. Some players untouchable in terms of selection where others are out straight away. Wonder if there’s a reason Hendrie is in. Dyer was not positive about him at all at the AGM.

  32. Folk claiming BB needs to go really need to calm doon. We are pish and it’s been a pish season, he’s made mistakes but we are in a much better position now with him on board than we were before.

  33. Is that good, or bad?

  34. I don't think even BB believed that. If he was the best "chairman", it was because he let SC get on with the job without interference. Once SC had gone, our limitations were exposed.

  35. Top 6 probably settled now. Do we begin the search for a new manager? Give us an 8 week period for interviews, due diligence checks etc.

  36. Spot on. I’ve argued this for years when our fans start slagging clubs like Hamilton. The reality is they are a small club by Premiership standards - people need to get over it.

  37. I'm not going to jump on the Dicker-hating bandwagon that seems to be gaining momentum, he's done well for us over the past few seasons. But... I don't think being club captain exempts you from being dropped. He's not playing well just now and if it was any other player, they would be dropped. We have a more than able (actually, a bloody fantastic) player in Power to take the reins in midfield. Let's give El Mak a game and see what happens.

  40. How can we go from the game management under Clarke to this. Absolutely no game plan. Bowie Go and get Gary Holt!!!

  41. That’s a terrible result and I feel the manager has to take a big part of the blame for his line up. Dropping Kiltie, who would have been bursting with confidence, was rank bad management. We definitely need to be looking below us now. We need to get a few points on the board to make sure we are safe. Nothing guaranteed as we are easily capable of losing to everyone in the league. Not sure this team have the guts for a relegation battle.

  42. We need a serious manager, not just one who couldn't be bothered applying but took it cause nothing much else was going on

  43. Deserve everything we get, from the lazy board to the s**tebag team selections to the players absolute f**king disgrace ah we’ve actually lost to the w****rs, f**k you dire you f**king fraud

  44. And if it stays 0-0 or we go behind Kiltie will be expected to come on and save the day after being unjustly dropped. Dicker and Broadfoot selections reek of patronage/favouritism/mafia/cowardice take your pick!

  45. Dicker undroppable by the looks of it..
    3 points
  46. I wasnt at the game on Wednesday, But... The issue with dropping Dicker is that when we have the ball, he drops back to create a back 3 allowing the full backs to go forward, if you remove that, the either the fullbacks dont attack, or we risk getting caught on the counter. Power dosent suit that role, his game is winning the ball, breaking up the play and I think he is soo important to the team and a better player than Dicker as well as alot more vocal. Probably should have the armband. On that note, I noticed it in the cup game, Dicker never says anything to the ref, dosent complain etc, and while this can be a good thing, I think it shows that we can be pushed over, he needs to tell the ref when he's wrong, have a conversation and find out why a decison has been given.
