There is no clarity of thought and our football "authorities" have a long track record of soiling their nappies and/or burying their heads in the sand when hard decisions come along, especially if they involve the bigger clubs. Of course it is a different story when a League 2 team sends in a fax with a smudge on it, then the big men of the SPFL and SFA are more than happy to dock points or issue fines. "Act big with the little guys, so long as you act small with the big guys" seems to be their motto and always always has been. The Aberdeen players who acted recklessly should be suspended for several games when they would next be otherwise eligible to play for Aberdeen's first team. Bolingoli should be treated the same. To the extent that the clubs have responsibility for the behaviour of their players there should, at minimum, be NO BENEFIT to Aberdeen nor Sellick, and NO DETRIMENT to other teams as a result of this fiasco. As it is, there is clear benefit to Aberdeen from the way this situation has been handled as they will get to play their offending players once they are COVID free without having to field a weakened side against anyone in the league. That is simply not fair to any of the other teams. .

As usual the SPL and SFA do absolutely nothing... last week a total breach by Aberdeen...just say sorry and it will be fine. They should have handed out multi game bans immediately.. the clubs and players all know the rules... but chose to ignore them By doing nothing ... they have sanctioned such acts. If it was Killie, I'd want the players fined 2 weeks wages and expect a 3 or 4 game suspension I had to do 2 weeks quarantine...so I expect others to do the same. If football gets closed down by these idiots then the bans better reflect the hardship others in football will go through.

Watched Colin Doyle week in week out at Bradford a few years back. Wouldn't judge him on his time at Hearts! Think tshbola still has a lot to do before he can be considered with them. started well but we’ve seen his inconsistencies before. Power is excellent. His range of passing never gets mentioned, but he plays a 60yrd diagonal as good as anyone. Dickers come in for a bit of stock recently, but his performance on Sunday showed exactly why he plays every week. Breaks up play, wis second balls, very rarely shells the ball and the majority of the time keeps possetion.

More comparable with Mark Reilly than the flair and ability of Eremenko and Durrant. An absolutely solid midfielder that can stop anyone playing on his day (whereas Eremenko and Durrant were the ones to be stopped) and delighted he plays for us. Do agree though - first name on my teamsheet every week, him and Burke.

The 8 Aberdeen players should miss the games when replayed. As things stand the only punishment, is the cancellation of the game, which I would argue is of more disadvantage and financial cost to the innocent club. Scottish game is a laughing stock just now.

other than Durrant I've never seen a player like Eremenko in the stripes. He was 10 levels above everyone in the league that year, and it was shameful that a fckn fullback from celtic got POTY. He and Durrant (who was wasted by Watty at Greywell and should've played at a much higher level), are the best 2 players I think I will ever witness in a Killie strip.

I think to start deducting and awarding points the SFA would have to publish a new covid rule or something and get all the clubs to agree on it and go from next incident to avoid all the Celtic lost the league by a point that was deducted because of Boli before they aware of the punishment. It just screams end of the season more court dates for the SFA

How about adding closed doors games when stadiums do reopen. That’ll hit clubs hard. When their attendance at matches is put under further threat fans will put clubs under real pressure to follow the rules and do something if they are not

That’s utter nonsense. Are the govt responsible for football players not adhering the the rules that were put in place for them? As an immediate punishment to start with Celtic should be made to pay for daily testing of all our players and backroom staff and anyone who was at the stadium on Sunday, then a contribution to NHS charity, our charity partner and a large donation to the rest of Scottish football. Rangers to do the same for Dundee United and both them and Aberdeen to make similar large donations to the rest of Scottish football. Bolingoli should indeed be fined by the courts (no reduction from initial fine if he pays within 14 days) and banned for two games minimum. Hopefully none of our players are as stupid and selfish as these self entitled pr***s.

First Sevco get away with fielding untested players against Dundee Utd, then Aberdeen players think it's ok to go to the pub, and now Celtic allow their players 4 days holiday to swan of to Spain and back. 100%. This should have been sorted out at the start of the season so everyone knew the rules. If you cause a game to be off, points deduction, fine or whatever. Also a decision taken on what will happen if we can't play all the games. Whether we cancel the games after the split or the league can be decided after a certain amount of games. But as usual, no decisions made and we now have confusion and the big teams getting off scot free. You know it will be one of the diddy teams players who will get caught out next, even if it's innocently and they will get hammered

Just to jump in, glad to see everyone had a positive experience of Killie TV yesterday. I assumed the “floor manager” role for us yesterday and thanks to posts on here coupled with me streaming the match on my phone whilst sat next to the commentators in the Frank Beattie stand, we were able to act quickly with Stream Digital to ensure the audio sync issues were dealt with promptly. We were very keen to avoid issues that other clubs endured on Saturday so we made plans to get on top of it quickly. Keep the feedback coming, trust me, it helps us a lot!
