  1. I saw someone else reporting they had accepted £3million plus add ons. The lad is point blank refusing to play for them. He's desperate to get out, apparently seeking legal advice and the club are struggling to deal with it as the support have nailed their colours to the mast. I don’t see them getting top cash for him under the circumstances.
  2. The Yang one is dangerous but I think it’s setting a poor tone as was Vassell last season. IMO he has every right to go for that ball. The Hearts player puts more momentum into it than Yang. As much as Yang sees him he is willing to go into it. Yellow card was fine for me given he sees things develop.
  3. Seeing it again I was surprised we didn’t see a review since just about everything else went to one

    Brit Awards

I listen to the radio a lot on a variety of different stations and didn’t have a clue who most of them were. Is it very Londoncentric now?
  5. The meltdowns on Twitter/X the last couple of days have been exemplary from both sides of the scum
  6. I’ve only seen it from angles behind either goal. One makes it look like a brilliant tackle and the other makes it look like a shocker of a follow through IMO. One view is no card while the other is an easy red. Agree with the comment above that the Rangers player bottles it and how often do we see someone get injured when they do that. There were two or three tackles in the game today that were as bad as Ndaba’s for me. O’Reilly very early on didn’t even get booked
  7. Thought both were the wrong call. Pen is never a penalty IMO. Red card for me should be a yellow.
  8. Pre match on Sky the two defensive minded players say no pen and no red card. The attacking player says pen and red. Ryan McGowan brought up the double jeopardy that I hadn’t considered. He felt even if the foul is given it’s trying to win the ball.
  9. It’s crazy to let the ball bounce in these situations. Last few games our CBs have just been going and dealing with these balls no messing about. At half time on Wednesday that mentality changed and we saw ourselves getting into a muddle at the back. Yesterday it continued. It was not just Mayo who was guilty. Donnelly, Wright, Deas, Ndaba all had their moments. Curtis Main didn’t try to win a single ball he just made a nuisance of himself and our players got caught up in it. Likewise Tiffoney at the pen he’s not going for the ball before Mayo lets it bounce.

    AGM

Hope not. Heard last night they will be doing a full football restructure this year. Already gone head of recruitment and chief scout.
  11. It’s not the keepers ball to deal with. It’s all on Mayo but Dennis could have made it his. Make the decision to go and clear out everything and everyone as many keepers do. Instead he is almost standing still in no mans land as he has from his very first game at points in almost every match. He’s watching the situation unfold right in front of him. It’s all Mayo's fault but the keeper could have taken control.
  12. Watching Sportscene there. 1st goal I don’t think Wright or Polworth cover themselves in glory. Player was allowed to travel a fair distance then step in and get the shot away. Keeper is unlucky it bounces off him but two Dundee players ready to tap in if it doesn’t. 2nd goal Mayo needs to stop f**king about and just win the ball. I’m not convinced with Dennis role in the whole thing. There’s a point where he can make the decision to come and clear everything out but he doesn’t. Instead he comes and stops in no mans land again. Mayo should do so much better though
  13. We never seem to be out of games. Last season going behind like today the game would more than likely be by. Now we are in it until the end even with ten men and key players missing. Could see players screaming at each other to up the tempo and leave nothing on the park.
  14. Went for Ndaba. Thought he started slowly out of position but when he reverted to where he was more comfortable he and we improved. When we went down to ten men he went up a couple of gears. Watkins and Deas were both excellent. Thought all the subs made an impact when they came on
  15. Killie still know how to put us through it. Thought we started really slowly and couldn’t argue when we went behind. Was hard to work out the system. Seemed a real lack of balance with Kennedy and Ndaba in particular looking lost in the shake up. Once we settled we deserved to get back into it and finished the half stronger of the two. Second half we started well making openings and winning personal battles. Great chance for Watkins and if we’d got ahead I think we’d have run away with it. Red card I think was correct. From that distance I couldn’t tell you if it was in the box or not. I’ve got a real problem with the build up and it started in the second half on Wednesday. Two and a half games in a couple of weeks our CBs have been dominant just going and winning balls. Second half on Wednesday and continuing into today we seem to want to let balls bounce again and that never seems to go our way. Get back to dominating the strikers. I thought we regained our composure pretty quickly. I liked the subs we made. KVV should be more of a goal threat. Balagizi and Watson brought more energy to the middle of the park. GMS was fresh legs and a new option wide and Cameron was excellent in the short cameo with his work rate and physical presence. We were more open but we went chasing the game. Equaliser was well deserved. It’s not our best performance but important we came away with something. Players worked their backsides off even if it lacked quality at times. I will ask how is a structure like that stand bouncing the way it was after the equaliser. Dundee might want to get it looked at. Great to be in amongst that joy from the fans
  16. Still a lot of football to be played before the split but there could be plenty to play for after it. A title race, a battle for fourth, few teams in the playoff dogfight and a little more unlikely Livi drawing teams back for automatic relegation. Maybe only Hearts and 7th having dead rubbers post split
  17. Watkins is having a cracking season and brings so much to the team defending from the front, covering when someone goes beyond the strikers and that’s before you consider the attacking threat he has offered. For me it’s who starts alongside him. He works well with Vassell but KVV we hope is goals so would be my choice. I have a feeling he might work best with Stewart though as Watkins makes great runs and is a pest for defenders so could open up space that we know Stewart loves to exploit.
  18. Not great quality in the Championship fixture but yet again top entertainment. Don’t miss that division one bit
  19. Let me know when we are safe from relegation and avoided the playoffs. Just focus on winning tomorrow and we can then move on to next week the rest will take care of itself
  20. Everyone seems really up for this one. It’s fantastic to see. Feels bizarre saying it but great to see the players hurting after the other night. Shows where the bar is set and the standards they hold themselves to not regarding it as a free hit.
  21. Celtic Head of Recruitment and Chief Scout both resigned. Mark Lawwell the son of Peter was the Head of Recruitment and seemed to be hung out to dry after a very poor January window
  22. I’d love to put one to the sword by beating them and the result meaning the other won the league. Wouldn’t matter who as equal enjoyment seeing grown men of either persuasion in tears. At the same time I can’t be bothered with the bulls**t of them even thinking about winning the league at our place again so would be happy at home to the team preferably adrift in second
  23. Play them like the cup tie. Get tore into them from the off
  24. Is it not an easier booking for deliberate hand ball?
  25. I think the Polworth one is clear and obvious. He was a lot closer to the getting the ball in the replay than I thought at the time. The pull makes a difference and it’s a blatant pull. VAR should be asking him to look at it. Watching Sportscene I think the Donnelly one is a stonewalled. Wasn’t sure at the time but it’s more of a foul than both the Rangers freekicks that led to goals. If Rasking isn’t pushing then Donnelly is controlling in a dangerous position.
