  1. We have a bloody tough few games coming up, this needs to be a victory on Saturday , results have been tough on us lately and our massive gap between us and 7th has gotten much closer.
  2. We are at home on the plastic fantastic, need a big support to cheer on the lads to victory
  3. Didn’t even go for a pint when we got back to Ayrshire, even after all these years I get quite down when we Killie it ! So? It’s time to gel again, St Mirren will hopefully feel they are getting us at a good time, I think with the fans help, our players, who did let us down yesterday will get us back on track. No Mayo, possibly issues with Matty and Van Veen, our squad players, on our patch have the opportunity to shine, to almost clinch Top 6. I believe we are a better side when playing against better footballing teams, St Mirren fall into this bracket imo. Aberdeen were total anti football coupled with some ott aggression , I would actually like to see what happened to Danny yesterday, it’s simply not like him to be hurt despite the treatment he gets on the pitch. I wish the St Mirren game was today, but we have 6 days to get Aberdeen out of our system and get back on winning ways.
  4. Sadly we are no longer members of that club, the point of having players with history such as Stewart and Van Veen is to create keen competition, keep scoring and you keep your place, as soon as we have a drop these two will be battering on Dels door to be played.
  5. True, and that it has no place on a fans forum when we are all scratching our heads looking for something surreal to be responsible
  6. Does a straight red mean you miss the immediate game, I would rather have Lewis against the Sheep tbh
  7. We need a couple of good results, Motherwell and Hibs now look likely to overtake Dundee, we don’t want them getting too close to us before the actual split.
  8. Me too, or even Chappies when foo
  9. Not sure why you got a red for that as that’s exactly my memory of that transaction too. Copyright The Dreghorn Inn Friday tea time chat with BF & DM
  10. Just seen this, do you have any local ST Holders that can vouch that you’re a Killie fan, surely that would be enough to get you tickets for the game.
  11. Thought it looked as if their older ones were on a reunion day, a helluva lot of SI badges on 40+ year olds arms.
  12. I think the PPV has been chosen for this game as it is certainly one of the more likely games to attract attention from Rangers fans. They believe they are winning this league and will try and access every ground in the run up., RP is generally very well run these days so the PPV should keep them away on Wednesday. Hopefully it doesn’t keep away our ST Holders too. We are too good and have too great a chance of puncturing their balloons to miss this game.
  13. I remember the club chased a full section of young fans (one shoe brigade), all they brought to the game was a bit of noise and some slagging of our opponents. It has taken the club years to get local kids wanting to come to RP, let’s not make the same mistakes again. Every club seems to have their own Ultra section, much of what they do is very positive, sadly on here we seem to focus on one or two of the lads who have made mistakes, what about the blue and white colours for the Arbroath game, the much improved atmosphere at games, which probably drowns out a lot of the negativity., some of the new songs are priceless too. Now I’m an auld grump but honestly, leave the kids alone, let them develop and even grow in numbers coming into our stadium for the years to come, I honestly wonder at times, there is a place for them to work with the club to increase their fan base, learn what happens to the club should actions occur etc They are not The Onion Bores or GroinBrigade.
  14. Ah didnae huv a flag 🤷‍♂️
  15. Aberdeen is very well set up now, no longer walking over the sand dunes to the buses. Also, very rare for anyone who is not “looking for it” to encounter any violence. All in all looking forward to the Cup game, would rather go there than either of the Glasgow two.
  16. While Del has the job of keeping the players feet on the ground, we as fans get to celebrate today. Aberdeen have no chance of catching us, but there are others, Hibs, Dundee, St Mirren. A few more massive games around the corner, full support on Wednesday for what is going to be a difficult ask, with this bunch of players anything is possible. Hopefully a Cup Semi v Morton or Livi to come too 👍
  17. Group stages? There will be no season ticket next season, need all my cash for Euro trips 🤩
  18. I think we should calm it a bit, will Van Veen, Watkins and even maybe Stewart be here next season? Murray is looking like another Armstrong in that he has bulked up a bit and looks more confident in himself, I can still see a place for Cameron and Warnock, they have to continue to work their socks off in training as it looks like Del will give a chance to those who commit themselves to our ways.
  19. Majority of my experiences of Dens, right back to mid 70’s are pretty bad, for that reason I won’t be travelling to this one.
  20. Give out voucher to every paying fan on Saturday which would allow a £5 discount on tickets for Rangers game. Win win
  21. Clearly in todays case, Vass put in a power of work nullifying some of their late runners from midfield , Hart saves them on several on a number of ocassions before tour star players came on. Del has a very good problem to solve, who starts? Stewart now must play, Balagigi looks ready, Donnelly outstanding, Murray and lastly Van Veen being nearly there. Meanwhile todays first players have been great. Then, David Watson, loves an away goal.
  22. We are getting stronger and stronger, Balagizi, Stewart and Van Veen are almost 100% ready, Fraser Murray is like a new. Player, maybe he has worked with Danny on how to make a difference. Aberdeen is three weeks away and we look like we will be very difficult to beat by the time we go up there, even more to look forward to. Thankfully trains all booked, hopefully we can get a massive Killie party going up there.
  23. Too open, we need to settle again for a bit, lots of time yet
