  1. Andy likes the footballers’ “listen” habit 😀 What was the “team to be proud of” jibe about Clark.
  2. Felt a bit uncomfortable about Jamie taking a hammering. He was a more loyal servant than Clark in the end.
  3. Agree. I think he may be here next season if we have increased revenue. If he wants to stay in Scotland, his options will be limited.
  4. My daughter taught Dylan at New Cumnock Primary and can confirm we have our own young “Killie daft” signing. He must also be an independent young man not to follow the Sevco gang. Well done, Dylan!
  5. Cheers chief! Think I’ll miss the 11/12.
  6. I think it might have been posted before, but does anyone know the above? Potential clash for me!
  7. Usually hate it, but this time I’m quite glad of it. After last week, anything else this week was bound to be a bit meh and I’m enjoying the extra time to wallow in the greatest 18 minute spell in 50 odd years of supporting Killie!
  8. Was just thinking the other day, it all seems a bit of a throwback to the Tommy McLean, Jimmy Cook, Davie Provan eras.
  9. He was clearly unhappy with the frustration of the fans in the first half. He is correct that expectations have been raised, but that shouldn’t turn into entitlement. We are performing substantially above our pay grade and the boos at half time do nothing to seal the bond with the players and the management. We expect loyalty from them and they should expect it from us. I also agree with his comments about Kyle. Of course he’s not perfect, or he wouldn’t be playing for us, but he is a disrupter and causes problems for the opposition all day long. We will look back on this season and these players as a great time supporting Killie. Some great individual results and performances so far. Enjoy the break.
  10. The added bonus that it drives the twisted sisters crazy!
  11. It’s crackers to leave. 2-0 is a score that is very often reversed.
  12. Can we start booing people who can’t spell lose. It’s a national epidemic.
  13. He was getting pelters all day from a couple of oldies behind us.
  14. The crowd counter is showing just short of 7000 home fans with tickets still selling this morning. All but but one section in the top of the East virtually sold out. If we have 10% no show season tickets, it’s currently looking like 6500 home fans. St Mirren somewhere over 2000. The crowd counter seems to correlate with the ground ticket map.
  15. It’s a pity if one result depresses our attendance for a match that could see us on the road to Europe. It would be very short term thinking. I must admit to feeling gutted too, and if you travelled to Aberdeen, all the more reason to feel even worse. Hopefully the next two days see us all feeling up for it.
  16. They’re looking like 2500 at the moment. Our seats look much like our normal support unless most walk ups are bought between today and Saturday.
  17. Was at this and Motherwell match. Still got the Raith programme. Always remember the bus going away from the match along the front and seeing a couple of Killie fans getting chased towards the sea. The bus just drove on.
  18. This type of overreaction kills me. Balagizi is a young player. There are players paid millions and bought for tens of millions who struggle to make an impact. Plenty would have binned Armstrong not too long ago. FFS, give the boy a chance.
  19. He fell out with his last manager. Suspect he thinks he can do a job, but McInnes clearly doesn’t at the moment. Just guess work. Hopefully he can still get some vital goals before the end of the season.
  20. What a waste of money for Van Veen so far. Extremely frustrating after all the anticipation.
  21. That first goal gave me Findlay Connahs Quay vibes.
  22. Sounds like he thinks it’s a funny foreign name.
  23. Imagine getting Stewart and Van Veen in the window and not using them against a suspect defence.
