  1. I hope the energy they expended with their s**thousing in midweek contributed to losing at home to Ross County today.
  2. Something 80s/AT Mays would be great
  3. I seem to recall JJ saying his agent massively increase their demands.
  4. Yep. Looked terrific in a game and then asked for silly money. I am sure it was Bakari.
  5. I think if a trialist impresses, the agent cranks up the demands. I remember we were done by that a couple of times under Jim Jeffries.
  6. You said worst Hibs team in 5 years. That’s subjective. As was the rest of your post; not factual.
  7. The only fact you provided was CQN being part time.
  8. And guys like McGinn, Lewis and Logan. These are really big salaries. He has been backed enormously. One league cup win - in a time when Sevco were in League 2 - and years of some of the worst football in the division.
  9. They turned on him a couple of weeks ago. And were one minute from a nasty reaction last night. He is not a good manager.
  10. I don’t see the link with the Scotland gig. Not sure you can say he doesn’t care much. Being laid back does not mean someone doesn’t care.
  11. What better job will he get on the back of assistant coach of a team beating Israel and Serbia?
  12. The performance was one of the best in years. And the stadium was rocking at times. Will take a while yet to get over such a sickening loss though.
  13. I don’t think Aberdeen were better team in second half.
  14. I though AA did some things well - and can feel aggrieved - but the overall performance last night was miles better than anything the team produced in his tenure.
  15. As a pair they are working well though. And he does a lot of the crap which creates space - dragging defenders out, wins headers and holds it up well. I quite like him.
  16. Drop Brophy?? He is playing brilliantly; he’s scoring goals; the partnership is working very well indeed.
  17. More than both teams combined last night in a match between two teams a stone’s throw apart. Context is everything. And your comment is totally irrelevant to the opening post.
  18. His own fans turned on him last week despite the years of ‘success’. He has spent a s**t load of cash, lifts the best players from other teams and still can’t produce a team which even puts two passes together - and doesn’t even try to. Their fans are generally harmless and they’re not a bad club really. But the dross they inflict and the games they go out to ruin from the first whistle are an indictment of his management.
  19. I think the frustration is a lot of the ‘ifs’ were really ‘definitely should never have’. We played well but should absolutely have put them away.
  20. Can’t imagine you’d be too happy at Aberdeen winning. Must stick in your craw big time.
  21. Who the f**k is saying it’s good?
  22. No it doesn’t. That was a brilliant game of football and a terrific performance. Sickening end but 118 minutes in the place was rocking - as it was for pretty much the full game.
  23. You thought the ref was good? Or we were bad?
  24. As did I. We were miles better than them though. Miles better. Every area of the pitch. We blew it and it’s absolutely galling but it doesn’t make the previous 118 minutes less impressive.
  25. Totally disagree. I think he set the team up brilliantly; we pissed all over Aberdeen. The substitutions were poor but he has earned the chance to learn from his mistakes. It was a lamentable start to his managerial career but, in the 118th minute, we were reflecting on a brilliant performance.
