  1. Correct. Some of the bitterness towards Power is an embarrassment. Players move on, that's football. All this "should have stayed for the fight", "no loyalty" bollocks. Get a grip. He certainly goes with my best wishes.

  3. Alot of annoyed, bitter people on here envious of St Mirren, it would appear. Players come and go. Good luck to Power. He's been a great servant for the club.
  4. Do you read your posts? Dribbling on your keyboard again? 🀑
  5. Cheers, man. πŸ‘
  6. This is now the level we are at. Oh well.
  7. 100% this. πŸ‘†πŸ‘
  8. That would add ammunition to fans of other teams who think we are the poor mans Rangers. Singing f**kin Hello hello doesn't help. Does my box in. Hate it.
  9. Getting rid of the pitch sounds like a special project.
  10. St Mirren are already set up for next season. They have 19 players under contract and have made offers to 4 others. Goodwin apparently has identified another 6 he wants to bring in and I doubt, Lafferry aside, he would want any of our squad. We are nowhere near as organised as that and that is the worry.
  11. Gary Dicker has been an excellent servant to the club. Unfortunately, his performances and attitude, this season, will be what he is remembered for. Too much over the top hatred for him on here.
  12. Many on here hailed it as the return of the Messiah. Was obvious from day 1 that he didn't give a f**k. Completely pointless and expensive exercise.
  13. Cup tie rules. Extra time than penalties then crossbar challenge then arm wrestling then who can hold their breath the longest then who can last longest without blinking then....
  14. Goes to pens. No away goals.
  15. ..and Dundee Utd and Hamilton youth teams.
  16. Agree. We need to gamble and give them a chance.
  17. I didn't mean to be disrespectful to Hamiltons young players. I thought they were really good today. I wish we had so many promising players for the future.
  18. Hamilton's team had 7 academy players who looked like a bunch of wee boys and a 19 year old keeper making his debut. Totally unconvincing win today.

Undoubtably, Laffertys goals could prove invaluable and he has almost single handedly kept us in the running to avoid relegation. Goals aside, I thought the way he conducted himself tonight was embarrassing. I cant believe he has avoided yet another red card. An embarrassing dive, another 2 occasions flinging himself to the ground looking for a foul and then getting away with a deliberate handball Can see him losing the plot on Sunday.
  21. St Mirren fielding a strong team and bench. Need to be on it tonight.
  22. Whatever line up we go with, I wont be confident of us putting in a performance. The outcome will be defined by what St Mirren turn up. Whether they are buoyed by reaching the cup final or despondent at missing out? Hopefully they get fo the final and rest their entire first team squad.
