  1. A bit off topic in regards ticketing, but can anyone recall a decent game at St Johnstone? Yes we've had wins/defeats but I couldn't tell you one semi memorable game from there? Maybe Saturday is the one!
  2. If you can't get behind Scotland when we've one of our own in charge then when can you! Perfect time for an international break after the St Mirren result, players get a rest and on to securing top 6. We've probably the first good Scotland team in 25+ years, I'll take Killie qualifying for Europe and Scotland getting out the groups this summer
  3. Unfortunately without the blue glasses on I'd say a penalty and a red card. I'm completely scunnered with the whole thing, the more glaring mistake was taking a look at our equaliser, absolutely desperate to chop it off for something. It isn't just a Kilmarnock thing, every goal, every cross, shot in the box, Var are looking at it trying to chop off the goal, give a penalty etc.
  4. I think we're doing probably enough as we can, I don't think you'll ever be able to stop them getting in the home end. I'd like the database idea to make it easier for Killie fans who don't go all the time to be able to attend these games, but overall and compared to the previous decades we appear to have hoops in place that they can try and jump through!
  5. Should be easy to spot the ones with their knuckles dragging on the ground!
  6. No worries, I've said violence at football hasn't appeared with this ultra group, and won't disappear with it. Yes it needs stamped out, but personally/and a few opinions on here, it isn't any worse, just social media making it appear so. To single out this group as if they've suddenly brought violence to games is nonsense
  7. The ultra section or whatever they want to be called are in the main a credit to the club. The atmosphere especially at home is night and day from previous. We're making the mistake of lumping a few dafties in with the majority. Football violence is nothing new, was here before them and will be here after, as someone mentioned its the filming/social media aspect of it that people now seem to think its a major problem and needs stamped out.
  8. Albeit i've only been to a handful of games this season, but for me Kennedy always looks one of our top performers in the flesh. He can run with the ball, keep possesion and is always available for a pass which in these type of games is essential. I'd drop Watkins further back, and keep the 11 we've been playing. We've got plenty of players they'll need to worry about
  9. McInnes is slowly working himself up the ladder, but until he has me believing, even if it was just a day or two, that we could possibly win the league I'll always have Clarke at the top. His job with Scotland only enhances how good a manager he was/is. Dont get me wrong McInnes is on the way, and if he were to do the unthinkable with a cup win, we could have a discussion
  10. Give us Van Veen uptop with Stewart playing off him, its not much to ask!
  11. Oops, excitement of seeing the Galaticos let loose had me forgetting the day!
  12. Hopefully we see both Stewart and KVV start tonight, signing these guys on loan in January and then waiting weeks to get them up to speed seems daft, I'd rather we started them, they look off it, and then take them off rather than the other way round, season will be over before we know it! Massive game tonight if we've any ideas of finishing in the European spots
  13. On paper this team is giving off Kevin Keegan Newcastle vibes, how do we fit all these players in to the forward position??!! What a problem to have though, well done to the Board and Mr Bowie
  14. We're a far better team with Nbada playing, not sure why he's on the bench other than fitness/injury? Who looks at Birighitti and thinks aye thats the keeper for us (understand its an emergency loan) but c'mon he was horrific last year in a relegated side. Surely must have been a better option avaible
  15. Exactly where I stand as well, will he be as good as he was last time? Probably not as we had Clarke at the helm. Is he better than a young english prem loan youth academy type of signing? Absolutely For a January signing its a cracking one, its a no lose for us and I think it'll be a success
  16. I may be misquoting but at a recent Hearts AGM one of their fans questioned signing scottish players and who they were looking at, and indicated we we're looking at least 7 figures for Armstrong to begin, so this appears to be a no story. I'd look for around 2m
  17. It might well be an age thing (nearing 40) but I've not enjoyed the football, enjoyment wise, for a long time. I go to games out of loyalty nothing else, A few games last season i was sitting thinking what else I could be doing with my time on this earth than sitting watch someone smash the ball forwards to nobody. It does feel across the board the league is very poor, but god forbid we try and shake things up (bigger league etc.) and just keep pandering to the old firms 4 games a year
  18. Spot on, he's doing the bare minimum for me and I won't be losing any sleep if he's off to the Huns
  19. With McInnes in charge there's more chance of me playing off Vass uptop, he's never been given a sniff which is really dissapointing
  20. I'm not sayin either tactic was right going for it /sitting back, but what irked me was he was dissapointed we went for it and got caught out at the back, as the manager he can take steps to ensure this dosn't happen (and if the players dont listen then bench them for next week) This isn't a one off, he talks as though hes watching in the house, The mentality of the players is usually reflective of the manager, I'm just frustrated we appear no better than we were last season
  21. Not now Craigie 🫣 But on the subject any left or right backs that have played that position before and would describe themselves as a left or right back, not a central defender!
  22. Add Fraser Murray as well to this, signings nobody wanted yet we offered them 2yr deals, I'd at very best given them a deal until January, if they weren't featuring they'd be off. He signs these guys and they just sit around as he dosn't trust their good enough for the first team, why sign them in the first place?! We're now back to last seasons struggles/excuses and he's no credit in the bank with me. If we want someone to talk a good game and not get results we could have spent a quarter of the money and appointed Yogi or Pressley
  23. He always does this, speaks as though he's just sitting their as a fan. Tell the players to sit back, bring on a defensive midfielder, drop the team back etc. It's the same crap week after week, bar those 2 old firm games we've a disjointed/unbalanced side, with little goals in it and little composure on the ball. We're setup poorly from the off and it usually takes us well in to the second half of games to get a grip. The lack of attacking fullbacks means the guys playing out of position there simply look up and hit it down the line, it's depressing yet again
  24. Absolutely brutal though in the first half, I'm not sure what positives your taking from this other than Ndaba returning?
  25. Not entirely sure yet again what the game plan is, let Hearts have the ball until they score? We look here just to make up the numbers, no tempo, no possession
