Findlay is exactly what Hibs need which is a worry.
I think the big man would stay here in a heartbeat as he's already tried England and USA and it didn't work out but the Edinburgh clubs and Aberdeen could probably treble his killie wage.
Situations like that are where DMs powers of persuasion can hopefully get a deal done.

Just shows how unlucky we were to finish 3rd when we did.Group stage cash would've set us up for a good few years financially.
confident this squad and manager can repair the damage/embarrassment of our last euro campaign.

Said to the wife as he went off we might not see him again this season.
He looked done in.

I find it hard to compare them because of the sheer difference in situations they inherited. One thing I would say in favour of Clarke (though I will never be able to definitely prove it) is that I don't think McInnes would have come to us had it not been for Clarke showing what this club can be. We've heard both Tommy Wright and others comment on how much RP changed under Clarke and the potential it showed the club had by going toe to toe with the old firm.
A good point well made.
DM often talks about when Tommy Burns was at Killie and he came to play with Morton......he seems to realise the potential of Killie.

The northern lights is also pretty decent on the right occasion at Aberdeen.
Not a fan of glorious hearts at all but at least it's original.

If we have guaranteed fourth spot, we should offer to move all our season ticket holders to the Frank Beattie and tell whichever one it is they can have all three stands , provided they guarantee to make good all damage. Tickets would be £40 each with no concessions.
Hiya MJ, Hiya pal.
How long have you been in Lancashire??? That post is so out of touch it isn't true.
Have a word with yourself.

I'm sure Dickers family were also in Brighton when he was up here for a while.
Suppose everyone's circumstances and mindset are different but hope Marley stays on.

Carnival de Paris always reminds me of the euro nights at RP.
In more recent times that Hall & Oates song we play when we win is decent.
As for the old ground it has to be that song by Carlie Simon that B&Q used in their ads. Played before every game when they sponsored the league. If that comes on the radio I'm instantly back at the front of the old terrace.

Surely they'll open behind the goal for everyone and just make it unallocated seating.

I would give one of them to the keeper.
His goal was another 3 yard open goal tap in.
Careful, you'll get reds for saying it wasn't a worldy.

What a season this team is having, actually look forward to going to games for the first time in a long time.
Sadly for many fans in the FB it’s not enough, the level of negativity and sometimes blatant abuse towards our players and manager is exhausting and baffling. Genuinely considering a move of seat next season.
This is a worry when you think we'd like to have DM etc here long term. I also heard stories about old yins in the FB moaning about the weans in the moffat making a noise yesterday.

That's quite bad that only 4 players were there. Timing of the awards not perfect with still a few games to go but you'd think they'd be able to show face for an hour
Poor
Especially when a fair few live 50 yards away.

County stayed in the hotel last night, hopefully they had a 3 a.m fire alarm.

Does anyone know if scoring tap ins is the sign of a good striker?
Jeezo! I literally said that it wasn't a criticism in my post.

Yes, I know, I'm talking about the likes of the Open rather than your Sunday medal though.
You get a signed glove and sent on your way.🤣

So there's a disclaimer on a ticket to a golf tournament then?
I don't think we're talking about 'fireworks' here by any reasonable definition of the word by the way.
Most golfers have accident cover as part of their equipment insurance these days. I certainly do anyway. Both receiving and causing an injury.
If you pay onto a municipal course, £1 of the green fee is a days insurance ticket.

I think they are banned tbf.

What a ludicrous statement.
Do you not hope the lad is OK?

If that puts him off away games then he's not that keen to begin with.
Hope the dundee lad is OK.

Got to be in the positions. Some people have had fantastic careers out of scoring tap ins
100%. Would be nice to see him finish a few different types but he may just have "the gift".

Every time I look at the alloa highlights to see his goals they're always tap ins.
Not a criticism........just an observation.

Hopefully we get Marley signed up for next season.

Love it - Tommy Burns copy as well, a great find.
I found a few early 90s Reserve League West programmes/team sheets recently and I thought they were pretty obscure but this is even better. Funny now to think we produced programmes for reserve games and they were pretty good too.
Hugh Burns I'd imagine.
