  1. 12.15 would have been abysmal. 5.30 is a sensational kick off.
  2. Hear we’ve made contact with Luke Freeman’s agent. A left/right sided midfielder who has played mostly in England.
  3. Yeah I definitely remember Motherwell being one of those.
  4. Reading have announced a deal where away fans pay £20 max as long as the same deal is reciprocated when Reading play away from home. Am I misremembering but did several Scottish Premiership clubs adobt a similar deal at one point? Possibly a deal for an adult and a child, student or discount?
  5. Picking a random 6 players we could / should sign and see if any end up with us. 1) Shaun Rooney 2) Ben Williamson 3) Kerr McInroy 4) Matt Kennedy 5) Callum Hendry 6) Connor McLennan
  6. Christophe Cocard was great value for money
  7. The Uber fan argument is without doubt the most tedious one had on here and it happens every time one of these games come around. I don’t think we’d sell another 2,000 tickets but that we have them available is enough that people should question why the club haven’t thought that through. I have a ticket because I went online and purchased one. I also had one in Wales because I had means to do so and I once went to Dingwall on a December midweek game because I fancied it. Time for some people to recognise that it’s not a pissing contest every time we have one of these games and we can accept that our crowds do fluctuate based on numerous factors.
  8. I have a feeling previous relegation playoff pitch invasions have come to influence this decision.
  9. There’s actually no proof it’s those that have left it late are those that don’t normally attend.
  10. Without being mean-spirited it’s time to cap Arbroath ticket sales. 1500 is more than enough and until we sort out the home end tickets there’s no reason to offer them more. If, as it seems, Killie now release another 1,500 home end tickets plus half the Chadwick that should allow us to sell to any Killie fans that still want to attend. The tickets had to be be pulled last night because that extra 200-300 sold in the Chadwick definitely didn’t have Angus postcodes. I’m not sure how they do it but the club should acknowledge that and make contingencies to segregate the Chadwick and not just let it play out on Friday.
  11. This happens in seated venues in Scotland already.
  12. Personally the trains etc are a riot getting back from Ayr to anywhere further than Killie and it’s on TV. That might not fit the agenda but it’s absolutely impacting the ticket sales. I might change my mind eventually but it’s not something I’ll worry about for now.
  13. He won me £330 at Palmerston so he’ll do fine in my book ?
  14. In light of the Sevco bus incident, maybe best we drop the Super Killie Ayr remark once and for all. I don’t think we need to go over the ‘it’s unclean and dirty we mean’ debate any more. At some point someone will get caught singing that part of the song on a clip, in a pub or on a bus. Let’s take this as a lesson and move on. Very few sang it at Hamilton but some did and by the time you are able to form a defence you might have lost a job, pals and livelihood.
  15. I’m sure I saw an advertisement of sorts detailing the need for help running the Trust as others were unable to continue with their involvement. I doubt anyone wishing and able to contribute to the helping of its running would be turned away unduly and the three appointed look great additions.
  16. Rangers still have this up in their toilets ?
  17. If we got the tent our allocation would be around 2,500 at full capacity. I doubt we’ll need half that.
  18. £340 returned from a tenner. Naismith last goal scorer 33/1 ???
  19. They might do it to start but there’s no way they’d be able to manage it once it gets closer to kick off.
