  1. posts like this criticising pages hidden in the Club website confirm everything is currently going well on and off the pitch.
  2. There is an email that gets sent late afternoon every Friday with the Killie Lotto results.
  3. Dylan Kerr has totally embraced the Killie FC experience. Always had a lot of time for DK, but that short video has me having way more respect for him. 🙌
  4. I thought it was a great night. I hope it was a success for the Killie Trust and there is an appetite for more nights like this. Well done to everyone involved.
  5. I fear that there will be another meltdown on 1st June when everybody who bought the Club calendar and turns it over for the new month. 🙈
  6. He played with Cumnock Juniors.
  7. Colin McKee was part of the Totten team and was exciting to watch when he was on his game,
  8. There will hardly be a month goes past on this forum that Tom Brown and Steve Maskrey don't get a mention on this forum. Great players to watch. It always surprises me that for strikers, they only scored 20 goals between them for Killie. (TB = 15, SM = 5)
  9. I was leaving this fact for the actual date in a couple of weeks, but probably quite relevant with the upcoming play off game. On the 5th June 2021, our promotion to the Premier league in 1993 will be closer in time to the 1965 League Championship win than present day. Or another way of looking at it, the period of time from Frank Beattie lifting the title (including Real Madrid in the European Cup, Eintracht Frankfurt, relegation(s), hooped shirts, Dave Mackinnon’s penalty, the arrival of Tommy Burns) to earning promotion against Hamilton on the last day of the season – is the exact same time as our stay so far in the Premier League. I don’t want our spell in the top flight to end. C’MON KILLIE
  10. Am I right in thinking Maradona's son was on trial at Killie. Probably around the Bobby Williamson / late 90's era?
  11. I was at that game - so it turns out that I did see the famous David Merdy play!
  12. Just need Brophy to rattle the back of the net too. I'm sure one goal would greatly improve his confidence and lead to more goals.
  13. I'm relating to all the comments in this thread. I'll be honest, I've only been to a handful of Killie games in the last five years. Family, children, work, effective use of spare cash and time all moved up my list of life priorities, as trips to Rugby Park went down the list. Since listening to highs of the Rangers last game of the season on the radio, I've made an effort to reignite my interest in Kilmarnock FC. For the first time in years I've started to read these forums. I' was genuinely excited about about the game last night. Looking out my old scarf and walking to Rugby Park last night was a great nostalgic experience. The place was buzzing an hour before kick off. and then what happened, happened. Can;t even say we were unlucky. I suppose by now I should know better but I'm sitting here typing utterly deflated.

Moyes was approached but he wasn't interested
  15. how can you tell how many seats have been bought? Is the deadline not just for physical ticket sales at Rugby Park?
