April 1st Expect the police to be busier than normal not catching real criminals but  scouring  social media etc for anyone who has broken the Scottish hate crime law. Bang goes freedom of speech in Scotland even anything you say in your own house can get you nicked. Who exactly thinks these laws up ?

I'm gonna be nice to everyone from now on...

  2. "Israel is still acting within humanitarian law", says Downing Street. So there we have it, irrespective of Camerons "concern". The shame of our times. Let the starvation, slaughter and decimation continue. You ain't doing owt wrong according to the sordid little people running this pathetic UK.

And Sunak joins the furore about the England kit. No doubt be following the US lead in the coming hours re ceasefire.

  3. And here's the pattern:

    IDF troops commit an atrocity.

UK Govt, "very concerned" and seeking response from IDF

The days, weeks pass and all is forgotten.

And it goes on. How convenient.

  4. EU : Israel starving Gazans deliberately

UK : Starmer, Sunak : Silence. Vote for these "people". I don't think so.

Note : Are we allowed to say scum anymore?

  5. What will be interesting if Trump gets in and does stop aid to Ukraine, what will big brave Macron and his fellow UK warmongering assholes do? Will they up the anti, and send front line troops to assist Ukraine or will they also take a step back? Will there be a huge European escalation? Perhaps the use of "tactical", nuclear weapons. Holy Loch no doubt be a target as a "military" area to provide a "lesson".

  6. For me, voting for Labour or Tories, perish the thought, is endorsing their stance on Israel. Its too big a matter to dismiss alongside domestic policies and they just will not learn if folk just shrug and vote for them anyway. Personally, I'll be spoiling my paper down here. Shame of our times with no end in sight.

Because it’s one peer giving his own opinion, not stating Labour or UK official policy.

As far as I can see, he resigned his party membership in 2020 over the readmission of Corbyn so he might not  even be a Labour Party member.

Mibbees it will be decried as an outrage then skygod. I imagine not tho.

    That’s some stretch and generalisation.

Why support a party supporting genocide and actively promoting ethnic cleansing? Why a stretch?

  9. Just been listening to Lord Desai (Labour)  in house of Lords, saying/proposing the Palestinian "refugees" should be moved and re-settled in the likes of Kazakhstan and neighbouring countries. Ethnic cleansing of Palestine now on the table.

Sunak's government are also moving towards calling anybody who marches calling for a ceasefire a terrorist.

I see IDF have also built themselves a road east to west across Gaza, presumably to create a ghetto of Gaza city.

  11. Found this totally bizarre this evening. Not a word about why some are so angry about the ongoing genocide. "We must all unite", he says. Really? Not one word about making an effort to stop the slaughter. No wonder folk are angry. Potentially another huge crime yesterday, completely ignored. Let's not be too concerned tho, the IDF are "looking into it".

Every day, it seems we need to be more and more careful what we can and cannot say.

Yeah, one defending racists and bigots, the other defending war criminals. Makes you proud to be British eh? Now you know how I feel as a Christian, listening to US evangelicals defending Trump.

And when the bawling and howling subsides for the two SNP questions, with eyes rolling no doubt, Tory response is there's no point in a ceasefire unless it's a permanent ceasefire....oh really. There's your Green light from the UK, Israel, for Gaza and its people to be ground to dust.
