Killie have won a Scottish cup tie in Inverness. In 1922 Killie defeated Inverness Caledonian 5-1 in an away tie.

A wee bit of history could also be made at the Inverness game. As far as I am aware, no Killie side has ever appeared in both National cup semi-finals in the same season.

Just checked Inverness’s home form and it’s not outstanding. In 12 league games they have only won 3. They have drawn 6 and lost 3. They also did lose the cup tie at home v Queens Park 2-0 before getting awarded the tie. Killie have played 4 away cup ties this season and won them all.

Inverness beating Livingston so convincingly will ensure our management don’t go into this match with a sense of superiority. It won’t be easy but it is doable if Killie play it like a cup final. A big Killie support will outnumber the home fans and give the players a boost.
