The improvement was instant - his first official match was the 1-1 at Ibrox. Clarke averaged 1.77 ppg over his 79 matches, while DM's average ppg over 109 matches is 1.50, which includes half a season in the Championship. SC took us to the top of the Premiership, if only for three or four days. Oh, and there was this: Where McInnes scores over Clarke is in the foundations he has established in coaching, recruitment, youth team and, I hope, the training ground. When Clarke left, we had most of his team but little else. I'm not all that keen on such comparisons but suffice to say that they have both been outstanding managers in the club's history. McInnes still has the chance to build on what he has achieved so far.

Shaw and Dallas have scored a combined total of one goal this season (Dallas for Barnsley).

Last-gasp Well equaliser. Dundee will be in the Top Six.

Hibs score and move into the top six.

1-0 Celtic.

4-2 Hearts at HT.

Worse than that - they’re in one of the automatic relegation slots with five matches to play.

“Apologies for lack of updates. Family funeral for media officer today. Great win”

It’s U19. The clubs which qualify for the Champions League group stage qualify automatically, plus the winners of the domestic competitions in the best-placed leagues. When Hamilton qualified, they lost 4-5 on aggregate to Molde in the first qualifying round. The semi-finals of this year’s competition take place in Switzerland next week, Nantes v. Olympiacos and Porto v. Manchester Utd.

Mystery Kits.... becomes ...Danny Invincible (shoulder injury)
skygod replied to Lroy's topic in Killie Kickback
Don’t know. Ryan O’Leary did and Frazer Wright got a bad one, ironically in a collision with Invincibile: ”However, he was withdrawn after 85 minutes of Saturday's match in Perth after colliding with Danny Invincibile. Wright was left holding his right shoulder in the penalty box after the clash with the Australian striker who recently left Rugby Park for St Johnstone.” -
No team lines on social media yet. Tons of great output from the media team recently but coverage of the U18s’ matches has slipped a bit.

Mystery Kits.... becomes ...Danny Invincible (shoulder injury)
skygod replied to Lroy's topic in Killie Kickback
“DANNY INVINCIBLE'S the name but since 20 minutes into his second game for Kilmarnock he's been more like Danny Invisible. Carted off on a stretcher, his ankle damaged by a reckless challenge from David Lilley - which earned the Partick Thistle player a red card - Invincible hasn't played since.” -
If we win tonight and best Aberdeen on Tuesday, and with our superior goal difference, it would be almost done. On the other hand, if we lose tonight and Tuesday….!

Mystery Kits.... becomes ...Danny Invincible (shoulder injury)

Always seemed to score regularly for Swindon - with frequent Jeff Stelling quips - but he was stuck out on the wing most of his time at RP. -
Didn’t someone say it was based on Killie’s estimate of the number of travelling fans?

Sponsor-free, like Hearts’ white shirt is this season and our 150th should have been, and very Airdrie-like.

Not in that kit. We were promoted and narrowly missed out on qualifying for the first Premier League. We had a fantastic group of young players - Stewart, McLean, Robertson, Iain McCulloch, Clarke, McDicken, Provan, Fleming, Fallis and Smith - and older heads in Maxwell, Rodman, Morrison and Sheed. They always tried to play attacking football. The years to forget were in the 1980s when we wore hoops.

Except that the league rules state that the home club is prohibited from charging higher prices for the away end than for “broadly comparable accommodation” for home supporters at the match.

The draw for the first Qualifying Round isn’t until 18 June for ties on 11 and 18 July. I’ve got no idea when we would enter the competition but after the First Round, I presume, based on DM’s comments about pre-season training. Renewals went on sale last year on 31 May, with new purchasers able to buy from2 June.
