Experienced, young, knows the league,  no fee, and likely on less than the player he replaces.   All good.

Also fits the profile Fow has said the club is looking towards perfectly, other than not being from our youths.

If SOD has a change of heart, do we  take him or look to get the left side sorted.

I think this is the window where Fowler can actually be judged. He's outlined the types of personality, the age groups etc that he's looking for but this has been the first window where contracts have ended and he doesn't have someone else's problems taking up space on the wage bill.

Delighted with this. Been impressed anytime I’ve watched him play. A good confidence boost for the club as well. We’ve went out identified a target and got it done early. If things dragged out for what ever reason a bit of gloom could have set in. Looking forward to seeing him in the stripes

Is this already better than the last two windows?

Moved quickly to replace SoD, two year deal, can cover on the left. Ideal.

Very pleased.

Well, as he was playing regular first team football it’s certainly a step up on the last two windows.
if he is half as good as O’Donnell going forward and is a better defender who can stop balls coming into the box then he will be a good signing. Also good to see us signing a younger player.

He's missed his chance - the position's filled, the budget's used.

We've got a younger player who has a reputation of being strong, committed and athletic so give him his chance, with Millen competing.

With hibs cutting  back we could get gogic

They're dragging their heels about offering him anything more than a trial. He's exactly the type of player Hibs need too.

He would probably get less game time in midfield here this season but you'd think he would still be good enough to get games between midfield and defence. He wins everything.
