Has never really had a chance at Aberdeen. Always been overlooked because of the higher quality keepers they have had like Joe lewis and Jon McLaughlin. Hes definitely a level above Scott Fox anyway!

Well, there's Dusty Bin at the front there...

I really hope it is Danny Rogers training with us and not Dustys mate Ted?

McLaughlin (ex Hertz & S’land) signed for Rangers - to sit on the bench behind Macgregor?

McGregor is getting on and has about 4 or 5 suspensions a season in him. There's plenty of chance there for the second choice to force his way into the side.

Id like to think we were in pole position if he was coming to Scotland and would love to see him back. Stranger things have happened though, so wouldn't be surprised to see him elsewhere.

Given that the EPL ends on 26 July for Watford and our first match is supposedly on or about 1 August, we need to get another GK in and it needs to be someone who could be first choice, but might be No. 2.

Not an easy one.

Danny Rogers is that man.

Someone on social media claiming Bachmann would be announced on Monday. Yes, we did send the Bat signal up, but as far as I know there will be no announcements about him on Monday. We've made it clear if he's going out on loan then we are interested and he's made it clear that he'd be happy to come back...but he can't move anywhere until Watford finish their season so any talk of a return at the moment is speculation and nothing else. We'll just have to wait and hope that no one else comes in with an offer when he is able to move that he can't refuse. That happens in football all the time, not just to us, don't want our fans getting all worked up about perceived inaction here...if it doesn't happen it certainly won't be for lack or trying at our end.

Is there any other reason stopping it being sealed, just looking at the Southampton full back who return to Celtic on loan has been confirmed?

Would all depend if the parent club thought he could be useful or needed before end of the season, Watford just sit outside bottom 3 so may well want to keep even a 3rd choice keeper on hand in case of any injuries.

In theory, a loan deal could be agreed though with the player arriving at a later date......
