killieboy87
Aye that'll do, we need someone to fight it out with Waters and he ticks the boxes.
Fletch
A left back. Good. Big problem position. -
Skora11
Can cover both full back positions, played at a good level and still young. Hopefully get this one over the line and get a goalkeeper and centre half in and the squad is starting to take shape.
MuirP
Versatile as well, has played LB, CB and RB for Portsmouth last season. Ideal to have that ability if injuries or suspensions come in.

Popular Post mitch14
All sounds very promising. Are we reaching a point with Whitehall, Haunstrup, Pinnock where we are seeing a properly planned and targeted signing process at last? Fingers crossed

trenwick
Maybe we've misunderstood Government advice about handling other peoples balls and thot we don't need a keeper. Edited July 9, 2020 by trenwick -

Always remember Craig Brown saying that he would put a left footed left back on the right post and vice versa for the left post to defend corners. This meant that their 'good foot' was inside the goal and easier to clear the ball as their weaker foot was against the post. Makes sense I suppose.

Fk sake man, he won the league with Killie, and part of the most successful killie side ever. It happened before I was born, but should be mandatory reading for all killie fans.
