I thought that apart from not booking him at the penalty he had a good game. I think it is easier for them to referee games as players are trying to con them less and they aren’t being influenced by the crowd.

Only two shots on target. Well 22 folk can. Stupid comment to make. A lone striker against 2 centre halfs whose combined market value is over 40 million. Celtic may have been s**te. But thats due to them usually having little pressure on the defence. Do u honestly expect us to get the amount of shots they did against us. Ran there defence ragid. An excellent performance from Kabamba and the team.

Yes it was .Looked it up and we were 2 nil up with goals from Danny Invincible and Allan Russel only to concede 2 pens just before HT with Combe being red carded. Early second half goal from Danny Invincible and late one from Garry Hay gave us a 4-2 win. My only memory from the game was the outstanding performance from David Fernandez and the win of course.

It isn't a stupid comment to make if it's right, you just said they were sh!te. Regardless of how well we played Celtic played with no pace and that played right into our hands. On one of the few occasions they did break with pace Dicker took one for the team, got booked, and we conceded from the free kick. The word you are looking for is ragged. -

Bigdaw
His first touch and close control are great, If only he had a little more pace and he might have scored with the breakaway he had.

Pace isn’t his problem, he’s rapid. Running with the ball at pace however... not so much, although on Sunday the pitch certainly didn’t help on the break you refer to. Seemed to stick and get caught under his feet.

I just thought they adopted the lazy attitude that Spurs fall into at times, thinking that we don't have to play at tempo, we'll just pass this mob into the ground. Well, they couldn’t and we deserved the draw (keep thinking we won).

Kabamba was a sprinter when young, but opted to play football instead.[5] He joined Uxbridge in 2011 after scoring 13 goals for Hayes & Yeading United's under-18 team.[6] He impressed enough with the reserve squad to grant a debut on 22 November in a Southern League Cup 3–1 defeat at Northwood He was a sprinter and is pretty quick still.
Wrangodog
I think we need to give him a new contract extension on better terms.

I'm quite liking "ragid" as a new addition to the Killiefc.com lexicon. A kind of hybrid of ragin' and rigid. Or ragin' and rabid. Ajer is not slow. Probably in top 3 or 4 centre half’s in the league for pace. kabamba wasn’t at full tilt imo, looked like he was concentrating on keeping control of the ball.

I would put the issue more down to the pitch.. we deliberately didn't water it so the ball was slowed down.. Good tactics against Celtic but may have cost us a goal.
red_dug
What length of contract did he sign? 18 months was it? Time we were talking to him before he is outed as a boyhood (insert bigoted institution name here) fan.
Fletch
Dyers words post-match were a bit odd. He was saying Kabamba wants to play at the next level, hope he stays here etc. Any time you hear Kabamba speak he seems to be over the moon to be here. Unsure if Dyers comments were just generally that he's ambitious.
skygod
He's no youngster and he probably hopes that the increased exposure he's getting will get him a more lucrative move. It would only be human nature. If we want to keep him - and AD said he hopes he will stay - we need to be extending his contract. As said before, too many players out of contract next summer (again).

If we think he is the man, now is the time. Gut says we will sell brophy in this window so we need a main man, even if we do make another signing in that area.

Stick by my original opinion 100%, one exceptional performance doesn't change that. We looked punchless much of the time last campaign and only looked like a regular goal threat when we played Brophy and Kabamba together up front.
