Popular Post cammy2012
No way should Aberdeen get to host a test event given recent events.
Kfcinlancashire
Harlequins v Bath today , 2,700 in a 14,500 stadium. Same distribution of seating would allow all of our season ticket holders to attend. If part of the drop in season ticket sales is people not buying junior tickets, then if we can let family groups sit together, we could get some of those sales back.

Whilst it seems ironic Aberdeen is used as one of the first test events.......just have to hope these events are seen as a success and our home game v Accies is amongst the next used for even a small percentage of home fans to attend

capitalkillie
Surely having home fans without the option of any away fans gives an unfair advantage to Aberdeen?

I would expect it will be a while before any away fans are allowed. A few hundred fans aren't going to make much difference to the atmosphere.

If it does happen I get the feeling it will be a very small number. We haven’t had any test events yet and won’t get the chance to hold any before this game.

I doubt the 200 or so Killie fans that usually go up there make much of a difference to be fair.

DG5
Aberdeen 8 rewarded with the first crowd allowed into a game. The SFA suspended sentence was a real deterrent. FFS they rub everybody's nose in it.

Seems logical to use Dingwall and Aberdeen,
Scouser2
With increasing positive test numbers and local lockdowns on the go would still be questionable if these 2 games were followed by a full go ahead for even small percentage at all grounds...probably be a couple more test events the week after .....with our game one of them perhaps though the line I read that “ Both home clubs must ensure supporters are from their local areas “ .......would limit the chances of attending by a lot of our ST holders if was say strictly those in the same postcode area of RP Edited September 8, 2020 by Scouser2
