Massively uninspiring interview says he cares greatly for the club but so laid back doesn't seem to grasp how close to a big relegation fight we are. Soul destroying stuff

Alex Dyer has said on a number of occasions that he "wants to do his very best for the club" In that case the best you can do is to resign that would be the honourable thing to do.

Let me offer a prediction:

The boys are working hard, and they are as gutted as anyone that results aren't going our way.

The conditions didn't help us but even so he felt we were in control up till we went ahead.

The boys know they had to do better at the Livi equaliser. no one feels that more than them.

The winner came when we had some tired legs out there.

We just need to knuckle down, work hard and hopefully things will turn around for us, and we can kick start our season

Alex' scriptwriter found!

Yet they played a massive part in getting him the job. Theyve got it easy just now. Massive clear out required to get rid of the deadwood and cliques.

A number of the players must know they will not be far behind Dyer when he goes which makes it hard to understand why they wot turn up for him. The difference in attitude between the teams today was stark.

On a caretaker basis yes.

The board though take responsibility for giving him it full time on a 2 year contract when it was obvious he was not the man for the job.

No fight, no passion, players have downed tools.

The players said they couldn’t understand what message Allessio was trying to get through, they obviously don’t have a bloody clue what is expected of them under Dyer.

At least we were very hard to beat under Angelo, did we not go six or seven games without losing a goal? We can’t even do minutes now.

What is Angelo doing nowadays?

I find it hard to perform a post-mortem on individual players performances, the whole thing was abysmal, they've chucked it.

Our kick-off from Livi’s winner summed up their attitude for me. Not even the pretence of trying to get an equaliser. Didn’t want to risk the ref adding on any more additional time. Just booted the ball in the general direction of their goal and up the tunnel far quicker than they’d closed down all day.

In the current climate the majority of our squad would struggle to get a deal anywhere. You’d think that would be enough motivation for them to run through brick walls.
