Low and behold he still has no ticket for tomorrow yet despite emails to the club and twitter messages, getting really pissed by it. But sounds like a complete clusterf**k for many Why did the club decide to handle the seating admin themselves rather than say to ST holders to login and choose seats (similar to Morton & Stranraer)? Presumably the club have been working on allocating seating for 3 or 4 days. They obviously thought it was complete and emailed Sat evening to say tickets now sent Numerous people say they haven't received email (to be fair issue probably lies with Ticketco) but more worrying is the number people who should have been allocated a seat with their kids but weren't. Too many fans having to resolve a problem created by the club. To have 100s queuing on a Sunday and ticket staff working into the evening cannot be right..... which comes back to the original question.... why decide to handle seating plan in house? Its in keeping with the consistently poor decision making, followed by botched communications. For 2 years now there has been error strewn mediocrity running through all aspects of the club. On the face of it, yes it sounds sensible.....but then the club would be hammered for 3,500 folk gathering outside RP at 7pm tomorrow night all at once - cos thats defo what would happen. They at least have to be seen to try and create a steady flow of folk entering the stadium Perhaps this plan, but with "if your ST seat is listed in this block come at this time" would be acceptable to the council?
