Just been to ticket office and politely but emphatically told NO tickets will be sold to non season ticket holders. Madness!

I can’t think of a club that makes it as difficult to actually give them money. All sorts of stories previously about potential sponsors not been called back, folk having issues getting shares and now a refusal to sell an empty seat to someone who wants to see a game

I can’t imagine it’s the club that is 100% to blame for this scenario, they’ll be working to rules laid down by local authority or government no doubt. Very frustrating nonetheless.

Cant recall offering £15 of my hard earned in return for probable sun stroke and dehydration and it being refused before ?

Madness not to open up general sale. Another 200 at £15 is £3000. How can we be turning this away

The only thing I can think of is the admin needed for track and trace.

Easier to adhere to track and trace when you have all the ST details anyway?

Surely isn't the reason, but can't think why we'd knock back people trying to spend money otherwise.

Going by Cathy’s tweet it looks like it’s out with the clubs control.

Looks like the club are being made to March to the beat of a different drum by the local authority. Head out to almost any junior ground today and you can show up when you want without prior warning, get a pint, have a pie, stand where and with whoever you want, not wear a mask. Probably all with bare minimum track and trace.

Weve got to do what we need to do so that we can get as many fans as possible ASAP but seems we’re having to jump through hoops with no guarantee of reward.

I think it’s more the amount of people travelling to the stadium that could be part of the problem?

For most junior matches you’re only getting a few hundred at most.

This is similar to what I've said both on the covid issue last year and also fans number this year.  The Local authority and Health board seem for whatever reason to make it as difficult as possible for us...

Wanks.

Maybe all to do with scale.

The smaller the numbers involved, the less the risk, the fewer regulations.

You can even get a fight if you go to New Cumnock. No mask wearing or any other controls at any East Ayrshire WOSFL games.Does Covid pick which level of football to go to ?
