James K Polk Posted July 24, 2021 Report Share Posted July 24, 2021 Some lovely play today played at a great tempo despite the heat. With a bit more composure we’d have been out of sight. Enjoying the 3 centre midfielders today, seems like the most balanced we’ve had in a couple of seasons. Polworth’s vision and passing are a welcome addition. Alston is getting forward at every opportunity. Our wingers have been heavily involved. I suspect with a bit more coaching they’ll both get better with picking out a player and decision making. Murray and Haunstrup look like they are beginning to get a decent understanding which bodes well for the season. Defence has strolled it. Stokes and McGowan very organised.
